Worth the stay. This is our second time staying at the property and each time has been a wonderful experience. Amazing dock, including kayaks and fishing poles. A minute walk to the beach, and a short drive or long walk to just about everything.

We absolutely loved staying at this home, the location was perfect with 2 beach access locations just down the nearest side streets. We loved how less crowded the beach was on that side compared to down by the boardwalk. Everything was within walking distance, we often walked down to to boardwalk and surrounding restaurants. Lovely home, thank you for the family memories.

Property was older but very well maintained. It's a great location on the Intercoastal and only a couple blocks from a beach access. The property had a very well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and especially containers that can be used for leftovers. Overall, I would recommend the property and would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing! The views, overall location and proximity to the water, cleanliness, and amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the house and kitchen were well stocked. A family member remarked that this was their favorite stay in a vacation home. We loved our stay!

This home offers the best of both worlds! Our family group of 7 enjoyed fishing off of the dock and kayak adventures in the sound, as well as long walks with our dogs on the beach. The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. We also appreciated the labeling. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Family graduation trip

This house was perfect for our faimily. We came in for the weekend to celebrate UNCW graduation. The house has eveything you need to accomadate our family of 12. The views were amazing and a short walk to the beach. I would definitley stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We booked the house for Thanksgiving and my fathers 80th birthday. Easily fit the entire family and was the perfect spot. There was always something to do with the location and the access to fishing rods and kayaks. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful stay and perfect location for those that like to be on the water. Loved kayaking the intercoastal while only being 2 blocks from the beach! House was beautiful and fully updated. Would definitely rent this unit again!
