Elegant apartment with pool and equipped garden for shared use, located in a historic villa about 10 minutes walk from the first beaches of the magnificent town of Rapallo on the Gulf of Tigullio and a few minutes drive from Santa Margherita Ligure and the famous Portofino. If you want to take home unforgettable memories of your vacation, this is certainly the perfect destination for you: from here you can easily reach countless corners of Liguria that will impress you with their natural beauty. Genoa, with its historical center and the largest aquarium in Europe, is only 30 km away. For trekking lovers there are many hiking trails that start in the immediate vicinity, and for golf and tennis lovers there is a renowned club. The apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) and from the balcony you can enjoy a spectacular view of the mountain of Portofino. Kitchen cabinet with two electric plates. You can easily reach the enchanting landscapes of the villages of Cinque Terre by car, train or ferry (marina about 700 meters from the accommodation). In the same house there are accommodations ILL259-260-264-266-267-300-398-793 and an apartment occupied by the owner of the house. Check-in is possible only from 16:00 to 18:00.

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt etwas erhöht am Berg und hat somit einen atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Diesen kann man besonders schön beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon geniesen. Die hohen Decken und großen Fenster geben den Räumen eine angenehme weite. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht, egal ob für einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in die malerischen Innenstadt gelaufen, in 5 Minuten am ersten Strand am Castello. Man kann umsonst an der Straße parken, einen eigenen Parkplatz hat die Ferienwohnung nicht. Hier braucht man ggf. etwas Geduld einen Parkplatz zu finden, dafür ist die Gegend aus unserer Erfahrung sicher um ein Auto auch länger abzustellen. Der Betreiber ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend! Er spricht nur italienisch oder spanisch, daher ist die Kommunikation über WhatsApp empfehlenswert, wenn man diese Sprachen nicht spricht. Das funktioniert super. Wenn es uns wieder nach Rapallo verschlägt, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier unterkommen!
