MAUI IS OPEN AND WELCOMING — and eager for your travel business! Despite some rumors, short-term rentals are still legal, and the island and its people want your patronage to help sustain and rebuild the economy after the horrific Lahaina fires. Please come!

Wailea is truly a piece of paradise. We have visited this beautiful island for the past 25 years, and finally decided to invest in our own property, where we can someday retire and enjoy island life. We've stayed around the island but searched out the perfect place so that you don't have to!

Located in the Grand Champions Villas, this condo/villa (#69) is situated on the Wailea Blue Golf Course #2 Fairway, with amazing ocean views! We know you'll love the scenery as much as we do! Breakfast, coffee, and/or dinner on the lanai (balcony) is one of our favorite pastimes! With all of the kitchen amenities needed to cook a meal or grab takeout from some of our favorite local restaurants, you can dine on the lanai while enjoying the incredible Maui sunsets each evening.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. A/C units in each room, free parking & wifi. Washer/Dryer, 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, beach chairs, toys, & beach towels provided for your enjoyment. Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance to an ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining while still avoiding the crowds.

The condo has received a near-total facelift -- new paint, carpet, trim, and blinds; new local art work and furniture throughout; even a new 65" smart TV to enjoy your favorite movie or sports event; beautifully updated bathrooms; and new appliances in 2025.

We would love to share our villa with you and your family. Great memories will be made while visiting Maui, and like us, you will want to return year after year.

Wonderful Time

We stay here with our two kids and grandparents. We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was centrally located within the facility (we had family staying in another condo nearby) and it was so easy to access both pools. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with. We absolutely would stay here again!

Excellent location in Wailea

This condo had everything that we needed. It was exactly as it was described in the listing.Perfect location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, and other day trips. The property was beautifully maintained with stunning trees, bushes, and flowers and both pools are just steps away from the front door. The golf course was a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Several kitchen appliances did not work well including dishwasher, microwave doesn’t rotate, sink is awkward(disposal on wrong side), and trash can lid falls off all the time. Air conditioner in bedroom ( twin beds) comes on when not turned on and air in master doesn’t put out much cool air. The place needs better working appliances and new air conditioners and blinds in twin bedroom.

Beautifully updated with nice amenities

Tastefully remodeled with AC units in all rooms. Master suite and bathroom are gorgeous. Lanai has looks out over the golf course with partial ocean views.

Lovely Home Away From Home

It was our annual family vacation to the Hawiann islands and we had an amazing stay at this condo in Wailea! The Golf views from the balcony were stunning and the sunsets breath taking. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped with all the amenities we needed making us feel right at home. The location is perfect with great access to the beaches and nearby attractions. It was a peacefully quite home allowing us to truly relax, winddown and reconnect. The owners were attentive, responsive and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back and can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise next year, if not sooner!!

Relaxing HQ for Beautiful Adventures in Maui

We loved our stay at this property! It is right up the hill from some of the most beautiful beaches and resorts, which make for fabulous places to grab a drink or a meal. At the nearby beach of Keawakapu, you will find a beautiful beach with very little rocks and the occasional sea turtle swimming by. We were on the go every day, and this was a wonderful headquarters for our adventures. The lanai and view were our favorite things about the property. It comfortably fit 6 adults, and everyone raved about how comfy their beds were. The property was well stocked with towels and beach chairs/umbrellas. The nearby pools were also a hit!

Perfect Stay

We rented the condo for our family the week of our wedding. The location was perfect…close to the beach we were married at as well as others, shopping and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. It was peaceful and quiet the entire time we were there. The kids enjoyed the extra beach supplies and swimming at the pool daily. You can watch beautiful sunsets right off the lanai. Jackie was very helpful sending recommendations for food, attractions, etc. We would definitely return! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great condo on the golf course with a view of the ocean

We had a wonderful time at the property. 6 adults (2 couples & 2 singles) accommodated easily. Great view, very clean, well stocked, and near everything in Wailea. Two pools within 100 feet. Easy walk to the shops at Wailea, several restaurants, and the beach. Fun to watch the golfers playing the Blue course. Make restaurant reservations early most were busy and hard to get same day reservations. The owner was proactive in reaching out to us about a dryer outage and had it repaired as quickly as they could get the parts. Highly recommend.

Fantastic owners. Zero disappointment.

Stress turned into ultimate relaxation. We had a stressful beginning to our booking process, only because Of some unfortunate timing. The previous owners we’re in the process of selling this property, and we had to transition our booking to the current owners. The process was stressful, and we were cutting it very close to our trip date. However, these current owners were fantastic to work with. I have zero complaints about the overall booking process, quality of the condo, location of the condo, and the overall layout of the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone even remotely interested in a trip to Maui. No hesitation to book again.

Just Okay

While the property managers were super nice and responsive, the overall experience was sub par for a few reasons: Some smell thru out house/ maybe it was the humid weather Large live Cockroach found near sofa on the first day/ kids refused to sit there throughout the trip. It was disgusting. Cleanliness not great / requires a deep cleaning AC in guest room not cooling well / would shut off and on. Also very loud. Wifi was very terrible / worked on and off and was extremely frustrating to deal with Broken blinds & lack of privacy with the master facing the parking lot Limited bedding Lack of towels Limited supplies like trash bags, paper towels, sheets etc. We ended up buying supplies since we did not have enough. Overall the stay was okay; we expected more after paying such a large price.

Great Maui Condo for Families

This is a very nice condo right on the golf course with beautiful views down towards the ocean. The bathrooms are newly updated. The Grand Champions condo complex is not located on the beach but is not too long a walk away. Some of our family members walked to the beach and back nearly every morning. The condo was stocked with some beach gear, some of which had seen better days. There were two brand new snorkel sets, 4 beach chairs (but 2 were broken and not usable), a broken umbrella (but still basically useable), and a ton of beach towels. There are places on Maui where you can rent all this stuff, but we made do with what was supplied and we were happy to have it. The owner was great to communicate with, providing lots of tips and recommendations before the stay. She arranged for two parking spots for our rental cars too. There was a local contact if any issues came up, but we didn’t have any problems during our stay. We didn’t venture anywhere near Lahaina or West Maui and there was still so much to do - Road to Hana, the two areas of Haleakala National Park (The volcano summit for a hike and to watch the sunset and the Pipiwai Trail in the Kipahulu District), plentiful swimming and snorkeling beaches nearby, Kihei and Wailea for restaurants. On the way back from the summit we went to Kula in the “Upcountry” and had a wonderful dinner at the Kula Bistro. There were some sobering signs of the recent fires in the Kula area. Locals were all very welcoming.

Great stay!

Perfect condo and very nice location on Maui. Check-In was super easy. We got a lot of instructions and useful hints from the landlord in advance. We used the kitchen, which was perfectly equipped. Sitting on the lanai and enjoying the sunset was beautiful and relaxing and also the pool was super nice. Really nothing to complain, we can recommend the condo by 100%.

We were SO happy with our stay. Some minor hiccups but the host communicated so well and made sure everything was taken care of!! Everything was as described. Jackie relayed info before our stay and was always within reach during our stay whenever we had a question. We will def be back here. We even recommended to friends and family already.

Aloha guests! We are Brandon and Jackie, have been married for nearly 30 years. We have 4 children, only one at home now, so we are looking to our next adventure in life after all 4 have left the nest in the next couple of years. We enjoy traveling and have had the opportunity to visit many different places around the world. Maui is one of our favorite spots. Several places in Europe also are high on our list, but Hawaii is a closer destination for us to travel to.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Maui for the past 20+ years, with Brandon's parents and siblings. We finally decided this was the year to make the purchase and try out a new adventure of being vacation rental owners on Maui. We actually purchased two units (this 3 bedroom, and also a 1 bedroom, with the same ocean/fairway view) so that we can bring all of our kids at once when we vacation here in the future. We chose properties at Grand Champions because of the value, upkeep of the complex and the beautiful surroundings, along with proximity to the beach.

What makes this property unique

We also own a one bedroom/2 bath condo located in Grand Champions (167) (sleeps up to 4). Also located on the number 2 fairway, with same amazing course/ocean view). If you're ever looking for an extension for a larger group size.
