Great stay for two separate families of 5. With visiting soon after a hurricane there were many questions and uncertainties, but phone calls and updates with RealJoy made our travel plans so much easier to navigate. Upon arrival the house was clean and house keeping even came the second day to better clean the floors(the power had been out in the initial cleaning). The included golf cart is a definite necessity. Great location for dining, beaching and shopping.

This property was amazing for 8 of us. 2 teenage girls stayed in the loft. The loft is adorable, it overlooks the kitchen. The property came with beach chairs. The screened in balcony porch area is delightful. The office team is excellent at communication and very responsive. We had a wonderful week. We are big travelers and found this property and area an amazing choice. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Beach and Golf Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Thirsty Turtle property! It was really spacious and quiet, the pool was right behind us and the golf cart included made getting back and forth from the beach easy and enjoyable! I was able to play the Links course during our stay, but look forward to playing the other 3 courses during a future stay at this property!

Danielle was a great help with the property management questions. The condo was fully equipped and very clean! It was so convenient to the beach and Baytown Warf which the children enjoyed emensley and the 6 seater golf cart was the icing on the cake! Thank you also for the early check in and beach chairs and sand toys that were available!

5 Stars! Extremely well maintained condo!

The condo was in fantastic shape, extremely clean, and very comfortable for our family of 5. The best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, hands down— kitchen was fully stocked, everything was in great shape, and all the amenities were delightful. Management was easy to work with and even let us check in early! Would absolutely stay at this home or any other RealJoy managed home again.

Perfect for a family of 7

Beautiful home with all the amenities. The master bathroom is gorgeous and love the screened in patio. Pool was nice when the beach was too crowded. The rental golf cart is a must for the beach, and for exploring the entire resort!

Amazing + Amenities

First time visitors in Sandestin for 4 of us and the other couple are repeat visitors to the area. The Thirsty Turtle pics delivered and seeing the place and having everything available was amazing! The six person golf cart made it easy to get around the complex and nearby shops and restaurants as well as the beach! I can’t wait to go back again!
