Great stay

It’s a small 2 bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen and grill. They offer kayaks and bikes for you to use during your stay. Would definitely book again.

Amazing gateways in beautiful Hamptons

What an amazing trip we had, John the property manager has been great to host us for the entire trip. We enjoyed the clean property and it is so different than every other rental we ever had. Everything in the house screams quality, the spoon and fork are probably better than we have at home. The coffee is Lavazza, and plates and table cloth are all too quality . John showed us all the little gems around town such as great restaurants and hidden beautiful beaches. The house is situated in an amazing location where you can hit all the historical and hip spots within a few mins. We will be definitely looking to come back again next year. John, thanks for everything and we wish you a successful 2024 in all your endeavors.

Perfect vacation rental

We just returned from a stay at “the Rex” property and truly can’t say enough good things about the location (close to town! Right on the bay!), amenities (kayaks! Tennis rackets! Bikes!) and service (greeted personally by the owner even though it was 11pm!). The sheets were soft, the cabin was impeccably clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. This cottage is a Unicorn and we will be back!

Amy and her family were outstanding guests, they utilized all aspects of the property like their own private campground: playing tennis, kayaking, biking and hitting golf balls. They were my first guests from VRBO, although I have hundreds of reviews from AIRBNB, I enjoyed their stay here and hope to see them again.
