**IMPORTANT POOL ACCESS NOTE**
Beginning July 16, 2026, the White Pine community pool will be available to short-term rental guests Monday through Friday ONLY. Weekend pool access is no longer permitted per the HOA after July 15th, 2026. The pool remains open weekdays through the end of the season (typically early October). Please reach out with any questions before booking.

Pull up a seat in the screened in porch with pass-through bar and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, listening to the sounds of nature surrounding ‘Woodsview.’ The porch comfortably accommodates your whole group between a long dining table and lounge area. Grill some dinner and toast marshmallows for dessert. Then jump in the private hot tub to relax after a long day's adventure. The community pool is conveniently located next door with a large sun lounge and screened in community space. Soak up the sun while you enjoy the community garden.

The White Pine Community charges an 8% of rent fee (max $250) when the seasonal pool is open - end of May through end of September.
