The gorgeous outdoor space includes a beautiful marble pool and a breathtaking vertical garden and the rooftop is the perfect place to chill when the sun is going down.

Parking for one car is available right in front of the house and we can help you set up your transportations to from airport, as well as any tours our restaurant reservations throughout your stay.

As for its location, it is walking distance from the 42 KM bike path that goes around the Hotel Zone. We are actually where it starts, KM 0. Morning and evenings runs or walks are recommended!

The closest beach is Playa Las Perlas and it's a 20-30 minute walk, or a 5 minute car ride. If you want to spend the day at the beach, we recommend going to a beach club or to take a day trip to Isla Mujeres. To explore the area, depending on how far you want to walk, there are great local places around the house. Also, for local nightlife, Av. Nader is a 20-30 minute walk or 5 min by car. More info on our website too.
