Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 5 minutes from the beach! Great patio and pool to enjoy with your family and friends. First floor is wheelchair accessible.

Enjoy this blend of colonial outside and contemporary inside. We installed a water pressure booster so your shower will have great pressure. This house is located in a very secure neighborhood right off one of the main avenues of Cancun. You have a park across the street. First floor is wheelchair accessible. I’m positive you’ll enjoy your stay.

You’ll enjoy our private pool and a nice park across the street.

I’ll be in contact trough the app but I have people in the area that can assist if needed.

There’s parking in the property for 3 vehicles but 2 are available for you. All 1st floor is handicapped accessible. My personal vehicle is parked there.

First floor is wheelchair accessible.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Turix! The condo was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—everything felt thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to great spots but still quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the spacious layout, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Turix to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality condo stay!
