New lower rate discounted $100 off per night makes this large, ocean view home with 4 beds just steps from the beach one of the best values in downtown. Sleeps 6 adults or up to 8 with two children 12 and under w/ 3 bedrooms plus a den & 3 bathrooms. Boasting both ocean & bay views of Trinidad Harbor and State Beach, this custom, contemporary home has vaulted ceilings, amazing artwork, and comfortable furnishings throughout. It is the perfect getaway for a large family gathering, 3 couples or a group of friends. This home is located in downtown Trinidad, and has the convenience of being located within a block to beaches and great Trinidad hiking trails.

Enter on lower level which has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with shower. The upstairs includes living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a sun-room w/ a Queen futon bed and two more bathrooms. The upstairs living/dining room offers an open floor plan that makes for easy entertainment. Cozy up by the gas fireplace while sitting inside watching the seascape all around or watch a movie on the large flat-screen T.V. Grill dinner on the propane barbecue and enjoy cocktails on the deck. Watch the sunset over the ocean while dining outside at the bistro table and chairs. The main suite offers a king bed, private balcony and main bathroom with shower and large bathtub. All of the bedrooms and sun-room have ocean views. The 3rd bathroom is just across the hall from these bedrooms and has a great walk-in shower. Sunset Vista is filled with beautiful photographic art taken from around the world. Radiant floor heating keeps this house comfortably warm. Sunset Vista is only 500 feet from Trinidad Harbor, pier and beach. This is a "no shoe" house which keeps it in pristine condition. Onsite parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.

** Upon completion of booking reservation guests will be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to Trinidad Retreats rules and regulations.

** Sorry but this is not a pet friendly home, no exceptions.

Beautiful sunny living room with a both sunrise and sunset views. Cozy fireplace and comfy couches and wide windowsill to lounge on. Great walking on the beaches, plan a walk during low tide and you will see amazing life. The point has beautiful paths for a bit of a hike with grades and little detour paths to be discovered. Great place for kids to explore and play outside - incredible views from above of beach, ocean, and the bay. Short drives to incredible redwoods and nature in general.

Amazing views, clean house, and lots of space! It was perfect for our trip! This was a great location for hiking in the Redwoods and along the coast. The beach is just steps away, as is a great path with cliffside views. We enjoyed our stay in Trinidad!!

Beautiful views from this property with a patio off the living room to view the ocean. Plenty of room for our family. The walk down to the ocean was very convenient. The walk to the Eatery restaurant is uphill so beware. The only down fall is the amount of steps this house has. If you are limited with walking beware. The entrance leads to a downstair bedroom and bath, laundry room which you do go up a few steps. The main floor is up more steps with one landing in between, The last two bedrooms on that floor require more steps to the rooms. Young families would be a piece of cake and enjoyable with the space and location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing and a VERY short walk to the state beach. The views were amazing. The house was perfect for my family (adult children and high schooler). The kitchen was fully functional and stocked with all the necessities. We were allowed to check in early and the response from the host was prompt! So grateful for their accommodation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at a Sunset Villa quite a few times a few years. It just seems like the place is starting to get run out. The front yard is a total mess. There were scribble marks all overdone of the upstairs bedroom doors and wall. One of the screens in one of the other upstairs bedrooms was sticking out and was put in upside down. That said it's still a beautiful location and a beautiful place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hope in customer service was great, but the condition and amenities of Sunset Vista left a lot to be desired. BBQ rusted and at such a tilt not usable or safe. TV in master didn't work also fireplace; many windows and doors not in best of condition. Carpet, patio furniture dirty. Some of the beds could use an upgrade. We visit Trinidad a lot and the home did not meet our expectations. Lovely view and location.
