Two kayaks are available to paddle away in one of the cleanest and most beautiful lakes VT has to offer. Great area to walk and hike -- .5 miles away, there is a Vermont State trailhead.
The home has a sprawling wrap-around deck and fabulous views that will take all the stress away. Maintaining its original 100-year-old charm, with added modern features, this enchanting home provides an unforgettable stay. It has timeless character, making it a perfect home for your lakeside getaway. On the first floor, there is a large kitchen, laundry, bathroom (with shower), dining room, family room, enclosed porch with large dining table, and a queen bedroom. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, full bath, and sitting room. Lastly, there is a finished 3rd floor featuring 3 beds as well. Outside, there is a large yard to play games and a beautiful fire pit, perfect for s'mores and watching the stars. Discover many board games and fun activities throughout the home. As a part of the Point of Pines community, our guests have access to a community basketball court, 100 ft of beach frontage, a waterside community deck, and a sprawling lawn with swings and a sand-box.
