This corner lot home is sure to please with charming coastal decor and comfortable furnishings in a very private setting with WiFi and Smart TVs throughout. The large screened-in porch overlooks the intersecting canals and protected mangroves which are filled with aquatic and aviary wildlife. Sip coffee while watching the manatees and dolphins swim by! Abundant fishing awaits right here from the property or bring your boat (or rent one locally) because this property includes a 10,000 pound covered boat lift and 50amp power, if needed. There is even a fish cleaning station ready for your big catch. Three kayaks and paddles are also provided to tour the waterways including carved out trails through the mangroves with a trailhead right around the corner! Also included are a washer and dryer, two types of coffee makers, a grill, fire table, beach day items, and so much more! There are 3 single person kayaks for you to enjoy.
