Studio Marmotta - Zermatt

Our fully equipped and renovated studio is designed to accommodate a couple or two traveling friends who agree to share the same bed.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped, double bedding 160x200 cms of good quality, bathroom with bathtub, TV and Wifi with access to the garden.

Bath linen and bed linen are provided on site.

Ideally located between the center and the start of the facilities, this ground floor studio with its terrace is certainly a magnificent accommodation option at the foot of the Matterhorn.



From our accommodation you have access on foot to all the amenities offered by Zermatt: Shopping, departure of excursions, train station, shops, food, restaurants, viewpoints, etc.

A private ski room shared between three apartments is available in the basement.



The Haus Astral residence is located 10 minutes walk from the Zermatt train station, and the departure station for the Matterhorn. A bus stop is 200m from the apartment. Electric taxis criss-cross the village all day.



Weather permitting, a multitude of attractions around the Matterhorn are just waiting to be discovered. The Gornergrat, for example, is a memorable excursion destination: at the top of the rocky ridge, a viewing platform offering an unforgettable view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountain world has been set up at an altitude of 3,000 metres. The Matterhorn can also be admired from the Rothorn.

As for the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, it is the highest summer ski area in Europe and is open all year round.

When the weather is bad: The Matterhorn Museum shows Zermatt's development from mountain village to tourist resort as well as lots of information and photos about the first ascent of the Matterhorn.

In summer, the 5 lakes trail is a must for walkers
