Nice location close to town while remaining slightly private. Bed was super comfortable. Internet was a little slow at times for watching television. Realize that the space is dated and connected to a dilapidated home but perfectly functional. Hosts were very helpful and kind.

We loved the serenity, scenery and especially the waterfall in the backyard. A very private, peaceful setting. The location was perfect. It’s only a few miles from beautiful state parks, grocery, and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful fall colors. Tia was very helpful and communicative. The cottage was fairly clean, but we think it could use some rejuvenation. The electric fireplace was calming and helpful in the cooler temps. We had enough paper goods and the kitchen was stocked with necessary tableware. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The futons were not comfortable for sleeping, but adequate for sitting.

Rustic, yes, but 21st century!! Every convenience included, wifi, TV, AC, kitchen well stocked. THEN the waterfall and close to Ithaca. It was a great long weekend!! Highly recommend.

The apartment is nice, a unit attached to the main house and consists of two main rooms: a bedroom with a large double bed for 2 adults, and a living room with two pull-out sofas for 2 kids, though it felt a bit crowded for us. The kitchenette is equipped ok and includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and coffee machine. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but there were plenty of towels and extra sheets provided.The apartment is located at the end of the street, which offers great privacy, and sits right next to a small waterfall with a constant relaxing sound of water.Overall, it is suitable for a short stay of 2–3 days max.

This is a beautiful place to stay. We loved the quiet outdoor space and the waterfall. The house was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The house is near to things to do but also in a quiet area.

What an amazing trip we had in Ithaca thanks to this wonderful cottage! Perfect location (most of our drives were at most 20 minutes), clean inside and out, little waterfall outside the property was AWESOME, just perfect all around.

Although nothing fancy, and at the time we went the waterfall was barely a dribble (as were a lot of falls in the area), this was the perfect home base for exploring other falls that were in the area (including many right in Ithaca!), the Cayuga Wine Trail, Watkins Glen and the beautiful finger lakes. We would stay here again!

Host was amazing and super great at communication! Loved how cozy it was and in a great location. The waterfall rocks and really enjoyed seeing it while it was snowing. Also really appreciate the soft lighting from the lamps. I am not a big light fan so it was so nice with the electric fireplace going.

The property is older and the interior was extremely clean and well cared for. It is located minutes from downtown Ithaca which is very convenient. The check in and checkout process was extremely simple The host was very quick to respond to all text/email.
