MINS TO THE BEACH-- AN OASIS IN NEWPORT

This clean, charming & beautifully decorated 1 bedroom is great for those looking to getaway or even work from home remotely (like I did!) and hit the beach after a long day. This apartment is located on the second story of a beautiful home. Upon coming in the front door, I was blown away at how charming the decor was, and how it was perfectly laid out for the size of the apartment. There is a nice sized couch to relax on and watch TV and dining table for meals. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need as far as appliances, silverware, cooking supplies...etc. The bedroom is large enough for a big comfy bed and a desk (where I worked). The bathroom is also a great size and right off of the bedroom. LOCATION -- you honestly couldn't ask for a better location in Newport. It's a 3 min (or less) walk to the beach and then right near a bunch of amazing bars and restaurants, so it's great for going out at night. The owners are absolutely incredible. They were so helpful, lovely, and responsive to any texts we sent along. They even left us gift basket with candies and wine when we first got to the apartment to welcome us! I stayed here for 2 months and I already want to go back! Don't miss out on this amazing home and experiencing Newport Beach.
