Luxury Modern 2 Bedroom Penthouse Condo in Grace Bay close to beach w/pool
This large (1400sq. ft), new condo, just refurbished is on the top floor of the wonderfully located in Granvia, a safe and secure gated luxury development in the best location, right in the heart of Grace Bay, Providenciales.
A very short walk from one of the best points on the world #1 Grace Bay Beach and probably the most convenient location on the island with every amenity within walking distance.
The condo is so well located that it is less than 2 minutes to walk to the Gourmet grocery store and walking distance to many of the finest restaurants and stores on the island. It is possible to stay here without renting a car!
The building is one road back from the beach, in the area with the most luxurious hotels (Grace Bay Club, Seven Stars & The Ritz Carlton are the closest).
The condo is in a new building completed in 2019. As such, it has all the modern touches.

- Both bedrooms feature King size, with memory foam mattresses
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom with double vanity unit, marble tiles, high end shower system and electric heated seat bidet toilets
- Air conditioning throughout, controlled by nest

TCI is one of my favourite places in the world, and one of the hidden gems of the Caribbean. This property is the perfect place from which to explore the island and so I had to jump at the chance to get it when the opportunity arose.
