The proximity to nature and trails to simply walk or VTT.Il there is also a path along the golf course which leads to an arboretum with games for enfants.La close to a supermarket, food shops (Halles, bakery) and services (pharmacy, doctor, hairdresser etc...) less than 3 minutes away. Access to two landscaped natural areas (Bois des Espèces and Clos Gaillard) a few minutes away. A deserted bus ride to the city center. Access to the motorway in 10 minutes. Nîmes is a pleasant city to live in, with many squares and fountains, very lively from spring to autumn. Its city center has a beautiful architectural unity with southern accents. Nîmes is also in a central position (1 hour around) if you want to discover the Pont du Gard, the Duchy of Uzès and the Gardon gorges. But also the Camargue and its seaside, Provence (Baux de Provence or the Luberon), Avignon, the Cévennes or Montpellier and its seashores (Palavas, La Grande-Motte).
