The Space:

With an incredible location, killer finishes, beautiful views, and room for the whole family, The Point couldn't be better equipped for your next vacation in CB! Newly built with mountain modern finishes and picture windows to take in the views of Mt. CB from almost every room, this is one special vacation rental. 



Pull into the driveway and you may not have to get in the car again with The Point's great location.  Walk to the slopes in the winter or catch the free shuttle in the summer, all within a 5-7 minute walk. Step inside this wonderful home and your gaze is immediately drawn to the large picture windows that take in the spectacular views of Mt. Crested Butte.  The open living concept will assure that the whole family is part of the action.  Cozy up to the gas fireplace, take in the big game, or step outside on the deck and relax in the hot tub.  The dining area has room for everybody come mealtime and the gourmet kitchen has room for all the cooks and an 8 burner commercial range! After dinner, relax on the covered deck and enjoy our fantastic Colorado weather. 

Upstairs you will find the master suite which encompasses the whole second floor. With vaulted ceilings, a king bed, and a private deck, this space is in a class all it's own.  Sit in the oversized soaking tub and take in the views or just read a book by the double sided fireplace. Grab a cup of coffee in the mornings and sit out on the private covered deck with the best view in the house.



On the lower level you will find a junior master suite with king bed.  The en-suite master bath is the same as the master bedroom and has either an oversized shower to relax in or the great soaking tub. Down the hall you will find two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other with built in bunk beds consisting of 1 double and 3 twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath just outside in the hall with a shower and a great blue glass beaded floor.  There is also a stackable washer and dryer on this level should you have to do laundry while on vacay! So make a point to book your next stay at The Point! Your family will move you to hero status!



This property is also serviced by the new First Tracks free shuttle system. Click on the QR code in your welcome app and request a ride to the base area where you can ski or catch a shuttle down to town for shopping and dining. They come right to the property and it's FREE!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location you can walk to the slopes. The house is perfect for two families to stay. The masters suites are nice. The kitchen is superb for cooking since there’s not many restaurants around the area.

I had a group of 10 get together at the property to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was close to the lifts, clean, beautiful and well appointed. It had plenty of space for our group! We were very happy with this rental!

This home is gorgeous. So close to the mountain. Right across the street from Elevation Hotel. Beds are very comfortable. The ONLY drawback is the noise you can hear in the downstairs bedrooms when people are walking around upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again!

Old Friends Ski / Snowboard Trip

We had a great trip to Crested Butte and this property is part of the reason why it was great. This place is awesome! High end finishes throughout. Well equipped kitchen. The garage was perfect for staging all our gear to help keep the house clutter free. The views of the mountain are phenomenal. It's a short walk to the slopes, especially in snowboard boots. Would recommend, 10/10.

Comfortable townhouse

Very comfortable place to stay up at Mt. Crested Butte. Our only issue was the very cumbersome process with the management company which uses their own platform and requires a separate contract. Their technology seems very dated and it led to many unnecessary and annoying emails back and forth prior to the trip. Would have preferred to work directly with owner.

Eric I'm glad you enjoyed the property. We don't require a separate contract but merely an e-signature on your rental agreement. It is a simple process and we have thousands of travelers complete the form each year. This is the first I am hearing that there is an issue so I will have our IT team take a look and confirm it is operating as it should. Safe travels!

Great place for a big group ski vacation with kids

Really nice, beautiful house. We were 2 families with kids between the ages of 5 and 10 plus grandparents. House was fun and comfortable for all of us. Kitchen extremely well equipped. For us it worked out better to cook-in and relax in this space than to try to keep our kids quiet in a hotel. I had thought we might come back to the house for lunch but it felt too far for that. It's uphill to the slopes (fortunately downhill back to the house after a long day of skiing). We managed the 8 minute walk but it was a push at times with whiney kids. Property Management company was very responsive.

Better than the pics!

This was a great location for our families in Crested Butte - home was immaculate and well appointed, views were great, hot tub was amazing after skiing. Property manager was prompt in responding to us before, during, and after our stay. As others have said, if you are relying on town shuttle transportation and have trouble walking, you may want to stay closer to the base. We were young families with kids and thought the walk was just fine (it’s relatively flat). Leave your skis and poles at the base overnight and change your boots at the base (rent a day locker). We had intended on dining out several nights but enjoyed the home so much we stayed in nearly every night and enjoyed the great kitchen. Would book again without hesitation.

This is a great property! Great views of the ski slopes and very clean and comfortable! The only thing we did not like was the walk to the shuttle. We did not have a car and took the town shuttle everywhere, which was nice, but my parents who are in their eighties were struggling to walk to and from shuttle pickup It would be nice to have shuttle closer to condo

UTV off-road trails trip

We planned our trip for off-roading with a small group of family and friends. The place we stayed was more than accommodating for our group plenty of space and privacy. We took trailers which made parking a little difficult but we found secure parking for the trailers off the property . Overall we loved every minute of our time here. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others .
