Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

This condo is a great option for a family with two adult kids. Two separate bedrooms (one with 2 beds), two separate baths, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, washer & dryer, free parking, beautiful ocean view from private lanai. It is close to many great swimming and snorkeling beaches, restaurants, dining, and shopping. So much better than a hotel room in a resort!

Great everything but keep good records if you are renting multiple properties. It can get confusing quickly considering the disconnect between the rental agency and property management. It was a perfect spot for our three generation family!

This place was beyond our expectations. The view was even better than the pictures showed, and the entire place was luxurious and comfortable without being precious. Perfect place

This was our 3rd trip to Maui Kamaole and H206 was perfect. Great view, lots of amenities and clean. Couple of FYI’s: the place does have beach chairs, umbrellas and toys not mentioned. It doesn’t have to-go cups for the pools or beach.

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. The view was better than expected, great location in Kihei, beautiful complex, clean and comfy condo, and having the built in AC and ceiling fans were wonderful. I’d give this more than 5 stars if I could. Will hopefully be back!

Amazing view overall great, minor issues.

Fantastic beach view every morning, pull out bed mattress was a bit lumpy and should be replaced we had our daughter on it and luckily she is little bit would be terrible for an adult. Main concern was that we had to keep any food Inside the fridge or hide in the microwave as they have small cockroaches that came out of the drain at night. They did send someone to put traps out but it was a constant struggle getting food out away quickly. Other then that it is a great location with a way beach access.

Wonderful place, not happy with Vacassa

I give the home five stars and Vacassa two. The house was perfect for our family of five. There is AC in all rooms that works wonderful, there was everything we could have wanted in the unit from the kitchen to the beach stuff. There was a great welcome basket, a purified water container in the fridge (bottled water on the island can be real expensive). The reason I was not happy with vacassa is that I reached out to find out if there was beach gear at the place and was told no. In order to save money I pre-rented it and when I arrived found out this place has everything (so I wasted my money). There are 5 chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, ice chest, noodles, and more. This place is absolutely perfect for a family and we will be staying here again.

Island vibe, ocean view

My adult daughters and I adored this very clean, organized, and comfortable two story condo on the south edge of Kihei and close to Wialea. Easy access to both the Kihei beaches and beautiful stretch of beaches in Wialea just across the street. Kihei is very walkable and there are places to eat and an ABC store within a mile. The condo itself has been well-taken care of and had everything needed plus more! The kitchen even had a number of appliances available including a beautiful coffee maker and toaster, and was stocked with dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and sponges. There were excellent signs placed throughout the condo providing directions to using various items such as the televisions and air conditioners - these were very much appreciated! The beds were cozy, which made getting up in the morning a challenge at times. The washer/dryer was wonderful to have and the outdoor closet made a trip to the beach easy as it was stocked with with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkeling fins, etc. To borrow. We could not have been happier and enjoyed beautiful evenings on the deck eating dinner, playing cards, or just watching the sunset. Can't wait to go back!

Ocean views and new AC

My mother owns Maui Kamaole H206 and for anyone who has stayed here, you already know about the unobstructed ocean views. We have just upgraded the AC system to a super quiet and efficient mini split system. It keeps the room at a comfortable temperature and you never hear it running. For any repeat guests, we hope you enjoy it. If you are new to Maui Kamaole , give us a try.

Well appointed, clean, beautiful condo that made for a very comfortable 10 night stay. We were there with three adults and two kids, and it was spacious enough for everybody to spread out or gather together. It was a quick walk down to Kihei road and all the parks, beaches and shops were right there. We loved this location as a launching point for adventures towards Wailea and beyond or heading in the other direction to the rest of the island.

We stayed in this home for 7 days and each day we came back to view the sunset from the Lanai. The home was kept very clean with all the basic amenities. Its only 5mins walk to a kamaole beach. Overall, great place.

Clean but could use work

Overall things were mostly fine. My issues were the fact that the showers and sinks were not draining properly. I spoke with maintenance 3 different times and each time they did not completely resolve the issue. After a week's stay the issue was still not totally fixed. The AC unit only worked occasionally. However I was told the AC unit needed replaced so hopefully this isn't an issue for future guests. Most of the remotes did not have batteries in them when we got there so I had to buy batteries. It was however clean and comfortable minus the issues I stated above.

Great location, comfy, well appointed

The Maui Kamaole complex is nice with beautifully maintained grounds. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Decor is rather old-school and outdated but well maintained. Balcony has a great view of the ocean, and it's only about a 5 minute walk to beautiful Kamaole III beach, which is magnificent. I'd stay here again for sure!
