This luxury 16th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management at Beach Colony Resort.

Resort Amenities include ample covered parking, pool, fitness center, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 2 queen sized beds in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift upon arrival in the unit and two parking permits.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Property and view are amazing! Very comfortable for 2-3 adults but bring your own personal and kitchen supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, etc, especially if it is a stay of more than 3 days/nights!!

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at 16E. The place was super clean and well cared for. We spent most of our time at the beach or on the deck. Beach chairs and an umbrella provided with the condo were an appropriated perk. :) The deck had fantastic views of the gulf and the sound. The sunsets were spectacular!

Love the convenience of the place and the condo is nice. My only suggestion would be get some decent cutting knives and some food storage containers - i love the ninja coffee maker - have the same model.

Beautiful ocean view condo

The condo was super clean, furnished nicely, with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. Self Check in was simple, and minimal requirements upon check out. The furnishings were tasteful, and the appliances appeared pretty new, and in great shape, our one problem with the ice maker was responded to promptly. Everything we needed for our stay was included. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at Beach Colony before but not this unit. It was very well-apportioned and perfect for our needs. You really can’t beat the view for breakfast on the porch! We had no issues during our stay and the management company was wonderful with replying in a quick and efficient manner via the VRBO app. Would highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Few issues with property

The property was beautiful! Unfortunately we had a couple issues, wash cloths were covered in hair, hair on master bath shower wall, no additional comforter’s for the bedroom with 2 beds (it was extremely cold during our stay), the jet’s in the jet tub haven’t been cleaned in awhile because when turned on mold came out of jets and hair came out through the filter.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Colony Resort. The view was amazing and the condo was really nice. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in pictures. My only complaints would be that the sliding glass door im the living room is really hard to open/shut and the one in the master bedroom doesn't open at all. Also, the shower door needs a little work. We had a little trouble getting in the room when we first checked in, but it turned out that the lock had recently been changed and Linda promptly sent me a new code and we were able to get in. Overall, a little pricey, but the amenities made it worth it. It's right on the beach, chairs and umbrella provided, beautiful pool, and beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay if you’re looking for a nice beach/ocean experience without all the busyness of Destin/Fort Walton. The place was clean, spacious and convenient. Even with only 2 out of 3 elevators working we hardly had to wait long for an elevator. The only downside was there was nothing telling us what we would need in the condo till we got there. We had to buy garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also if you do much cooking there was minimal supplies. We had to buy things such as salt and pepper. I would just suggest the common paper items be supplied or at least list what is provided.

The furniture style is a mis-mash of Wayfair assemble-yourself and grandma's garage sale. The drywall seam in the 2nd bath is peeling. There is no dresser in the 2nd bedroom to store clothing for a week. All closets need more hangers. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The location and the pool are excellent.

The unit was exactly as advertised although pictures never do justice. The master bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage for our clothes including a walk in closet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was heavenly at the end of a long day at the beach. The pool was heated which was very nice. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed as far as the basics although we did end up buying a cookie sheet. The washer and dryer look relatively new and were extremely nice. The only thing I would change would be to add blackout curtains for the master bedroom as the sun comes up quite early. I was very impressed with communication with the management company. They were very good about getting back to us quickly and listened well to any questions we had. The groundskeeping staff were very friendly and really do a great job in keeping up the community. The beach rental guy was reliable and super friendly as well. Overall a wonderful stay and would not hesitate for a second to recommend this unit and property. We will definitely be back!

Only thing I would change is the beach time with chairs. They close them up at 5:00. This needs to be maybe 7:00. We did not have our own chairs, because it was a short visit and did not know the 5:00 pm time frame.
