Kure Sunrise 1 Block From The Beach

Summary:

Welcome to Kure Sunrise a beautiful and spacious 3 bed & 3 bath town home located in Kure Beach. Experience full coastal living and catch the stunning sunrise over the Atlantic from the privacy of one of two private decks. Kure Beach is a small beach town situated between Carolina Beach and Historic Ft. Fisher. Explore all the island has to offer from fishing charters, biking, hiking at the CB State Park, restaurants, shopping, fishing at our famous piers and so much more!



The Space:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Located super close to the beach with public access! Kure Sunrise neighborhood is a great mix of full time residents and vacationers.

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Loved our stay! We had perfect weather and the place was very close to beach. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking lunch and or dinner in. Beds were very comfortable!

The beach house was a quick walk over to the beach, close to all the amenities of Carolina beach but much more low key. We had everything we needed and the manager was quick to reply when I had a question.

Family Holiday

Our trip to the Beach followed our daughters wedding. We had a full family holiday, which hasn't happened in some time. The property was wonderful, very clean and the welcome pack helped a lot. The house was very comfortable and within easy walk distance to the beach, the view was fabulous and it was very easy to get to the shops and other locations... will be back.

Great location!

We go with a group to Kure every year and ended up needing to add another house to accommodate everyone. We were thrilled to come across this gem and will definitely return! I admit I didn’t notice that it was a Sun-Sat rental, not sure if it is always that way or just the week we went. We were able to make it work, and had a great experience!

Perfect location for a relaxing visit.

This house was modern and spacious. It was really nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Easy check-in and checkout with not a huge list of choirs that needed to be done on the way out the door. This part of the neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to the beach. Perfect for a chill vacation. If you are a group that wants to spend a significant time on the porch, I recommend bringing camping chairs. On each porch there is only enough furniture for 2 people and for an extended period of time isn't the most comfortable. Fine for breakfast but not to settle in a read a book. I also could only give 4 stars for cleanliness because the ceiling fans and the air filter grate was super dusty. We cleaned them because our group is sensitive to dust. We reported it to the management and I am sure that they will make sure it's not an issue in the future. We would stay here again.
