The property itself is remarkable, with a magnificent view, modern style, and very good quality. However, I am giving 1 star because the owner is charging us 2000 euros for pre-existing damages. The owner was not present at check-in or check-out, yet after our departure, he claimed we caused damages. The alleged damages include a damaged front door trim, which was already in poor condition and showed visible signs of previous repair—there is glue clearly visible on the damaged area. I even suggested that the owner ask housekeeping to take a close-up photo for more evidence, but that was never done. He also claimed we damaged the outdoor umbrella, which was already broken when we first used it. We noticed immediately that the umbrella would touch the balcony ceiling when opened, so we had to move it to avoid further contact. It’s quite bizarre, but you can clearly see that the location where the umbrella was installed causes it to hit the ceiling every time it’s opened. Additionally, he claimed there was a coffee stain on the wooden floor. That stain was already there when we arrived. I’m not sure what caused it, but if it were coffee, it would be easy to clean since the floor is lacquered. Lastly, he pointed out a small stain in the vanity sink. That mark was also pre-existing and looks more like a factory defect than physical damage. All of these issues were present before we arrived, and the owner relied solely on the housekeeper’s report to make his claims.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr Schön motern und Gross von der Aussicht muss man nicht mal darüber reden einfach nur WOW. Das Haus ist an einem Guten Ort zum endspannen um einfach mal das Leben zu geniesen. Jerome sehr ein Guten Mensch sehr offen und wen etwas ist ist er immer Erreichbar Einfach alles eine 10 von 10
