Loved the condo and had a great time. The elevator didn’t work for two of the days we were there and had to use the one on the far side, which is not the host’s fault.

The host was great to work with! The room was very nice. There were extra garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, surface cleaner, and hand soap provided. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of items for cooking and eating in. The host provides board games, plenty of towels, etc to make your stay comfortable.There is not a master closet, but lots of drawer storage (we used a hall closet). The guest room does have a closet, but only one side table with drawers. There were a few hangers provided. We did have to purchase more hangers to accommodate our wardrobes. The showers could use vent fans, and new shower heads. The hot water does not last long and with a party of 5 it was hard to get warm showers. Specific to the resort: the main elevator to our room was broken at least once a day during our week long stay. There was not sufficient parking for guests that are staying in a room. The parking lot was full most of the time. Workers would park in customer parking as well. We had an amazing time & the room had an amazing view!!

A good place to relax on the beach

It was a wonderful time and the room was amazing. The wifi strength was superb, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed and bedding wad great. It was an excellent place to spend my vacation at! Would highly recommend this room to anyone looking to stay at the villa!

The view was awesome! The condo was so clean and perfect. Nicely decorated too. Looks just like the pictures. And let me tell you about those beds! The most comfortable beds with nice sheets and comforter. It was heavenly! Slept so good! Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

Our family has stayed at several North Topsail locations and we’re thinking this one might be IT. From the unit itself, with the most relaxing bed with an incredible view, to the fabulous stretch of beach this was a fantastic getaway. The communication we had with our host was top notch and I’m looking forward to returning the next time we are in the area.

Mother/Daughter trip

The property was extremely clean and well supplied when we arrived, all the comforts of home! We really liked the convenience of the location and having the restaurant close. The stay went by so fast because we were enjoying relaxing in such a comfortable home.

This is a beautiful space! They have decorated and put so much thought into updating this unit. It is one of the prettiest units I have stayed in at Villa Capriani. The beach is always wonderful and you can see the ocean from your kitchen table. The pools are always fantastic. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and their little piece of paradise.

Awesome condo and beach!!

Family Vacation

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again! We have two little kids and being close to the beach and pools were perfect. The condo has every amenity that we needed and there is a restaurant on the first floor of the building that was delicious! Once the kids went down we were able to enjoy the balcony and on some nights there was live music at the restaurant. We will definitely recommend this rental to family and friends in the future!

Family of 6 vacation.

Everything was wonderful. The furniture was very comfortable, plenty of linens, towels, toiletries, very clean, and location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach, pools, hot tub and restaurant. This is the first vacation the kids didn't ask "what are we going to do?" Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Lovely unit

We had a great stay at this unit. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The owner provided more than enough linens and the real-sized toiletries were such a bonus. The unit was very well stocked in general and other than a few normal/minor wear and tear things everything was in good working condition. We would love to stay here again.

The pictures on the website don’t do the condo justice. It’s a beautiful place and very spacious. The master bedroom was amazing and we loved it. The location was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the live music from the restaurant. The only thing that would have made it better was if Villa Capriani had a walkway down to the beach. The stairs were a little steep for one of the members of our party. Overall, we highly recommend the condo and the owners.
