Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Argelès-sur-Mer, a 10-minute drive from the beach, this 40 m² semi-detached house with shared pool can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a 30 m² garden.

The apartment is composed as follows

- 18 m² living room with TV, sofa...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with single bed and double sofa bed.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, baby mattress, booster seat and cane stroller, column fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A shared 20×10m unheated swimming pool open from April to October Non-contractual opening dates, subject to change by the residence.
- A 30 m² private patio with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A small private backyard with barbecue, table...

The apartment is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the maisonette's patio (private parking space). Free public parking nearby.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Argelès-sur-Mer train station, 15 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, 33 min by car.

J'ai été très agréablement surprise. A la location, je n'avais pas imaginé vraiment. C'est plus en fait que la description. Par contre, prévoir les baskets un peu, pour aller jusqu'au centre d'Argeles. Fin Mai, très calme. Lotissement, certes du voisinage, mais top conditions matérielles. Bon séjour à la Maisonnette !!"

Nos ha enviado instrucciones claras y precisas antes de nuestro arribo y durante nuestra estadía hemos hecho una consulta con respecto a la calefacción y nos ha respondido de inmediato, mostrándose atenta, por lo que hemos quedado muy satisfechos. Con respecto al alojamiento en sí, tiene todo lo que se necesita, está completamente equipado, además de muy limpio. Está en una zona muy muy tranquila, que nosotros con niños lo hemos agradecido mucho. Supermercado Lidl a 5 minutos andando. Hemos pasado una excelente estadía en familia y ya hemos hablado que repetiremos alojamiento. Muchas gracias!
