About this property

New remodel in the Boulders!

The moment you step into this home you will feel right at home! The backyard is west facing and boasts beautiful views of Black Mountain, the Boulders golf course and surrounding mountain ranges. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom, great room and kitchen all look out over the views in the back of the home. We have a pool table, a dart board and a hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and we have plenty of linens, towels, pool towels etc. for your stay. We have just finished a remodel with all new tile in the living areas and new carpet in the 2 guest bedrooms. New oven, dishwasher, wine refrigerator and microwave. There are two communal pools in the neighborhood which can be accessed by our guests. The Boulder is a quiet community and we appreciate you taking care of our home as if it were your own. Wonderful with a terrific view!!

A great location in The Boulders-very quiet area and beautiful for walking and biking! The house and patio was very spacious , equipped with anything you might need! It was very comfortable during our 2 month stay! You won’t be disappointed with a stay here! The owner was very attentive and helpful in every way!

Great house in a quiet community

The house is well designed with everything you need. Views from the patio are amazing ! The host was very responsive and accommodating. We spent a month there and would definitely consider doing it again. Pete and Amy A.

Amazing Property and Views

Clearly the nicest property we have experienced. Beautifully appointed, updated property, that's well equipped. This property had it all! The outside space is remarkable and the view as you sit around the fire pit is amazing. The nightly Arizona sunsets are perfectly viewed from the patio. It's also a great space to enjoy your morning coffee. I really can't say enough as to the property and the helpfulness of the owners! Obviously we would recommend to everyone.
