The property is a hidden gem. Unlike any other I have seen in the area. The location, amenities, cleanliness, responsiveness of the host, and VIEW. Nothing comes close to this treasure.I love everything about this condo so much that I spent my 4th stay last week and did not want to leave. It is my favorite vacation home - away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Joshua’s condo! Everything was exactly as described, and the place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Joshua was great from start to finish, which made everything so easy.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back and stay here again with our family. The outside of the property definitely gave off a run-down impression, but the second we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised! The inside was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had a balcony with breathtaking ocean views! The only downsides were that there wasn’t a towel or washcloth in sight, and the parking space was clearly meant for smaller vehicles.

From booking to checkout, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent, and the welcome bag was a nice touch. The condo was in great shape with everything you need for a stay. If you bring more than one vehicle, be prepared to navigate parking, but that is fully disclosed in the description. Overall, highly recommend.

Perfect location with beautiful views! Condo was conveniently right on the boardwalk but far enough away from the busier sections so the noise and crowds weren’t bad. The place was clean and there was plenty of space for all of us. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay! Super clean very spacious and amazing views from the large oceanfront balcony. Josh was great to deal with and super prompt in answering any questions. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when visiting Ocean City! If you’re considering a place to stay in Ocean City you won’t be disappointed with this place.
