Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa and twin sized sleeper chair in the living room and a for sleeping up to 5. We also have an extra full bath off the hallway.



Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

**WONDERFUL STAY**

Everything single thing about our stay was wonderful. From beginning to end. We loved the ease of parking in the parking garage and unloading everything almost right into our condo. The closeness of the pool and beach access were a huge plus. The condo was beautiful and clean…. I can’t wait to come back.

Quick getaway

Great spot, ground floor and close to your parking spot made the check in a breeze. Close to the pool and grills, and add a few more steps and you are walking on the beautiful white sand beach. Plenty of dining options and shopping near by. inside the condo is all you will need needs for comfort away from home. I will stay here again if available.

There's some thing in the unit that needs to be updated - TV(blue screen), bathroom needs some refresh, might need a new mattress, there's a dip in the middle. Reviewer Comments: The property as a whole was exceptional, however the room we had needs some repairs as previously disclosed in reviews, the king size mattress definitely needs replaced it broken down one side sleeps higher than your partner, mold in master bedroom shower, both TVs were disconnected and did not work the duration of our stay, trim molding above shower in second bathroom was pulled away from wall, full length curtains have holes in them . I took pictures before we brought any of our items inside. Bathroom sink needs drain plug and re caulked. This review does not allow for pictures to be uploaded.

Check in was fine, not much you have to do but get a parking pass. Kitchen left a lot to be desired. Let’s be honest you can tell this condo is new to the rental game. In my opinion this condo was about 8-10k and months out from really being ready to rent to guest. The furniture was very old and very stained and dirty. The master bath had extensive flooding damage. Although not important the TV were definitely store bought demo TV’s. You could not get them out of this mode either, so the screen was very dark blue almost black. We contacted the host who stated they would have maintenance come look at them, which I can promise they never did. We have stayed at the Phoenix several times and this condo is not up to par with its contenders. Perks for sure were the parking pass included in the stay and the walk out floor.

I am very disappointed by the room. It was filthy and i was scared to touch anything. I really think they need to remodel or update or invest some time into correcting a number of things in this unit. I have tons of pictures to show exactly what i am referring to. I was so happy to leave and unfortunately will probably never stay at this condominium again.

No one showed up to spray until the day before we were to check out. In the meantime we bought raid and sprayed. We didn't use the shower in the master bedroom because it didn't look clean and that's where the biggest bug was found. The furniture is worn and the bed wasn't comfortable. Not much of a view because we were on the beach level and didn't have a view of the water. One of the outlets was missing a cover and one of the cabinets was missing a handle.Overall the property needs some upgrades and tlc.

Pros and Cons

The beach was wonderful, we loved having the parking garage spot, and enjoyed the first floor location. The downsides to the condo were a little overwhelming. The couch and blue chair were completely worn out. The bed made so much noise that when you moved, you woke up the other person. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The kitchen had only bare minimum supplies. The shower did not drain correctly, the bathroom sink took forever to drain. The unit was much smaller than it appeared online. The pool was very dirty the first 3 days, it had floating debris and even foam on top at times. We will visit the area again, but would not rent this unit. We have rented multiple condos along the gulf, this was one of the roughest that we have ever stayed in. Updates needed.
