Relax and enjoy the perfect getaway in a quiet and cozy neighborhood just minutes away from the historic downtown, outlet mall, trails by the Rock and the best ziplining tours at Miller Park. Just 25 min to Denver and 50 min to Colorado Springs. Perfect if you are house hunting and job searching, we offer extended stay option. Very spacious and comfortable! We slept GREAT and the restrooms were finished beautifully and modern. The host was very easy to contact and super flexible. She even offered to bring my Amazon package inside if it arrived while we’re not there. Perfect location in such a cute and beautiful town! Everything we needed, besides the airport, was within 10-15 minutes.

The Kozy Suite was set and cozy

We loved our stay. Quiet, clean, easy in and out, good location, and our daughter (2yo) loved the little nook her bed was in. We'd definitely recommend this place for families.

A wonderful place to stay!

It was such a nice and cozy home, close to all the highways and very comfortable! The only thing missing is a full length mirror for all the girlies to check ourselves out 😂 I would definitely come back and stay here again!

A good stay

The place was clean and as advertised. Access was easy and it was sufficiently private. If you stay here, you’ll be very aware of the host moving around upstairs. Unfortunately, the only cozy seating is in the bedrooms. All in all, it was a good place for us to stay as it was conveniently located and we spent much of our visit out and about.

Overall a very nice place to stay & located in a nice, established neighborhood. We just needed a place to relax at the end of the busy days of our trip and this suited our needs very well. The ONLY drawback was the lack of a sitting area with a TV (the only TV was in one of the bedrooms).

It is listed as an apartment but to me looks like a basement. The backyard was a little messy, pile of rocks and the table that is shown on property pictures sits right in front the main property back door where the owners live. So, I would never seat there and chill and my family. Foot steps early in the morning above us. Dogs barking. If you want to “sleep inn” till 8am it’s impossible.

Castle Rock Kozy Suite

Castle Rock is an awesome place to visit and our stay at the Kozy Suite was great. Everything was clean and the space seemed very new. Plenty of room for parking and was clearly marked. At first we were unsure of how to get to our room. (Through a gate and down concrete stairs). This place had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Very aptly named! Super cozy! Perfect space for our needs. I was in town with my parents and 2 kids visiting family for a a few days. It was perfect for our trip! I'm fairly new to making the VRBO reservation (usually handled by my mom) our host was super nice when i accidently tried to go through her front door instead of our door, lol. She took the time to walk me around to the right door, show me the space, and ask if i had any other questions. I highly recommend staying here if you're not looking for a space to locate and hang out in. It worked great for us, as we had full busy days, and only went back to crash. We'd have breakfast, and leave again for another busy day.
