This is a basement unit. It doesn’t have a sitting area but was fine for what we needed. The single bed under the stairs seemed to be shorter than a usual twin-better for a child.

Well decorated, Tricky steps at entry and night entry extremely dangerous if light goes out. Also needs a handrail on the entry stairs. Very nice neighbors. Responded quickly with inquiries. Very functional but no dishwasher. Also needs handrail in bathroom with tub to safely enter and leave the tub. Lots of room for a family. I had trouble navigating the thermostat, l got it to heat but kept returning to a colder setting.

Very spacious and comfortable! We slept GREAT and the restrooms were finished beautifully and modern. The host was very easy to contact and super flexible. She even offered to bring my Amazon package inside if it arrived while we’re not there. Perfect location in such a cute and beautiful town! Everything we needed, besides the airport, was within 10-15 minutes.

The Kozy Suite was set and cozy

We loved our stay. Quiet, clean, easy in and out, good location, and our daughter (2yo) loved the little nook her bed was in. We'd definitely recommend this place for families.

A wonderful place to stay!

It was such a nice and cozy home, close to all the highways and very comfortable! The only thing missing is a full length mirror for all the girlies to check ourselves out 😂 I would definitely come back and stay here again!

This kozy suite worked out very well in our travels to Castle Rock, CO. It was very clean, well stocked w/cooking equipment, and centrally located to the places to visit. Our host (Elena) was very responsive, kind to accept our two corgi pups, checked in on us upon arrival and check out. Thank you!

A good stay

The place was clean and as advertised. Access was easy and it was sufficiently private. If you stay here, you’ll be very aware of the host moving around upstairs. Unfortunately, the only cozy seating is in the bedrooms. All in all, it was a good place for us to stay as it was conveniently located and we spent much of our visit out and about.

Great Place

This property is in a fantastic location in Castle Rock. It’s a short drive to grocery stores and other shops. It is clean and comfortable for a family. The communication with the host is easy and timely.
