Seaspray Condos - 101B

Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs sleep up to 4 people. There is a 40" TV in the living room and a 26" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, toaster oven, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. NO PETS ALLOWED AS PER OWNER. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

A small slice of Paradise

Seaspray is a wonderful family-oriented facility with a great location on the beach and with great access to surrounding areas. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice touch to make your time on the beach very enjoyable. The unit is clean, nice, and stocked with necessary dishes and utensils. The only caution is that although the unit advertises room for 6, it would be very, very tight for 6 people of which 1 would sleep on a normal length couch and 1 on a shorter couch. It would be tight for 4 adults, but doable with a rotation in a very small bathroom on the 2nd floor and willingness to share 1 BR with 2 queen beds. The unit was very comfortable for 2 people, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to go back to this unit with just the 2 of us.
