About this property

Beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway with deep water dock access from this canal-front property, completely renovated in Spring 2021, a quick walk to the beach on Topsail's serene South End. Explore the calm waters of the sound with our 2-person ocean kayak, included with your booking! Renovation included new HVAC, high efficiency windows, ceiling/wooden foors, all appliances, new kitchen counterops and cabinets, new beds and furniture. Floating dock can accommodate boats up to 25ft. Always kept clean and cool, this pet-friendly, four bedroom, two full bath cottage sits on a quiet street near the southern end of the island - check out Serenity Point, a great place for a family/couples walk. After a long day at the beach or on waterway, cook up a feast in our new fully equiped kitchen with all new appliances and relax in our newly updated living room with smart TV and board games. Come enjoy the calm island vibe of south Topsail Beach while still being a short drive from the great restaurants, beach shops, seafood and produce markets of Surf City.
Everything you need is included, just bring your bathing suits! Linens (bed sheets, pillows/cases, comforters and bath towels), beach towels, chairs and umbrella, kids beach toys, kitchen supplies (small appliances, knife set, pots and pans, seafood cracker set), grill, cleaning supplies and basic bathroom supplies are all provided.
We are very excited to share our vacation home that's been in our family for three generations with guests from near and far! We are eager to make Sandy Paws the headache-free destination for your Topsail Beach getaways, with no need to load up the car with linens, beach chairs, kayaks/boogie boards, toys, etc... because we stock it all for you!

A great place

Enjoyed the quiet location and proximity to the beach. We rented a boat from aquaholics in surf city and kept it for the week. We only encountered a little difficulty in preparing food. The kitchen could use some food prep bowls, more pots and pans. We cook every meal and just struggled a little fixing everything. Otherwise no complaints!

Sandy Paws was a great time!

Great stay in Topsail beach. We enjoyed using the kayak and even though it was a bit cooler than usual- we had a great time. We were able to bring our dog which saved us some $ on boarding. The house was clean and had lots of helpful amenities that kept us from having to pack so much. We will definitely go back to Sandy Paws!

Great place; will stay again!

Great spot with a view of NC's intracoastal waterway and a dock on the canal. The cabin was clean and spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was a short walk away and less crowded/touristy than others we've stayed at in the Carolinas. We're looking forward to staying here again next season.

Great location 5 min walk to the beach

It was great, we used the kayak to go to the sand dunes behind the property and stayed there for hours. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and is pretty much empty, so very nice to chill and relax. Bars and restaurants are close by, we will definitely stay here again, oh and if you have pets, they have safe vests for them !

This place has been in my family for the last 30+ years and I've enjoyed Topsail Beach since I could walk! After the last major hurricane, we've been slowly renovating this place from top to bottom and it's now finally ready to enjoy again.
