This house, located in Saint-Georges-de-Pointindoux, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool from 01 July to 30 August, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
It is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the swimming pool.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house features central heating, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and a washing machine.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 3 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 15€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
There is a tennis court available (half day rate) at the price of 15€ . There is a tennis court available next to the house (full day rate) at the price of 25€ . Parties can be organised on request. The owner lives in a terraced house, right next to this one.
