When it comes to amenities, we've got you covered, from linens & beach towels, to beach chairs and accessories, we have everything you need to enjoy your stay with us. Our fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar and waffle maker means you can whip up delicious meals and snacks whenever you want.

The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect space for gatherings, while outside, a large deck offers plenty of space for outdoor dining, sunbathing or taking in the breathtaking sunsets.

On the main level there is one bedroom where guests will find 2 sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom across the hall.

Also from the main living area, there are stairs that lead to a loft bedroom with spectacular views of the ocean and intercoastal waterways. It has a king size bed, its own private en suite 3/4 bath and a flat screen TV.

On the second story, you will find 2 coastal queen bedrooms which share a full bathroom with dual sinks. Also on this floor is the master bedroom equipped with a king bed and its own en suite bathroom. Last but not least, you will also find the washer and dryer on this level.

This unit is equipped with keyless entry, so closer to your arrival you will receive the code to enter. No hassle to pick up the keys.

On the first floor you will find an ample entry to store many of your beach belongings.

There is a large outdoor shower area towards the back of the house.

Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday from May 1st - Mid September. During the off season, we can offer with more flexibility with the rental dates and have a 3-night minimum stay from October 1st - April 30th.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay! The beach house was clean, wellstocked, and in a perfect location. Our teens loved being able to walk to the pier, grab ice cream, and visit nearby eateries without needing a ride. They walked to Soundside Park for fishing and kayaking and loved the independence of walking everywhere. The private beach access that was steps away was incredibly convenient, and we appreciated the included beach chairs and toys. When it rained, the arcade games and board games kept both the kids and adults entertained for some great family time. Highly recommend it and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at the property, which was across the street from the beach with easy private access. The house was clean and comfortable with beds, towels and accommodations you would need. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive for questions we had. We would definitely stay again

Great location and stay

We needed to find a property last minute and thankfully this home was available. The location was perfect with access to the beach directly across the street and all of the shops and restaurants of Surf City just minutes away. Even with the great location, the street / neighborhood was very quiet. We loved our evenings on the deck listening to the ocean waves.

Family/Friends vacation

Taking a family vacation with a few friends and this home was perfect for us! Having bedrooms on 3 separate levels made it quite nice if anyone needed privacy and the home was lovely! The beach access was just across the street and beach accessories were provided by the home owner. The amenities were also superb and I didn’t need to bring additional items for the week. I can’t say enough good things about this home and would stay there again!

Great week at the beach

We loved our stay, despite some lousy weather. Being so close to the beach meant we could sneak down whenever the sun peaked out. Only (very) minor issue was a bit of a chemical smell in the entry floor. The smell did not affect any main floor. Great communication from owner and no logistical issues at all!

First Surf City Adventure

This is a nice rental. The location one row from the ocean is great. And the proximity to town (1/2 mile) is perfect. Sunrise from the front deck and even nicer on the beach, and sunsets from the back deck. The owner is very easy to work with and was quickly responsive to a couple “questions” we had. Thank you James for the use of your home.

Great trip

This was the perfect house for A busy family to reconnect! Very well appointed, we didn't want for anything the whole week. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and our host couldn't have been any better! The only thing that could have made this house any better would be if it was oceanfront and if I had brought a knee brace..... all those steps were rough by the end of the week! Overall, wonderful home and wonderful stay!

Incredible location and Great Place

My family and I traveled from out of town to stay with friends from high school. I could not be more pleased with the location of the property. The house was in great condition with comfortable furniture. We had more than enough room for everyone. It was well worth the expense. The owners were extremely responsive. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. We were able to cook meals at home on great cookware. I highly recommend this property.

Best equipped rental

I have stayed in several VRBO rentals over the years. This was by far the best equipped one. We didn't need to go out and buy any kind of cooking utensil, plates, silverware, mugs, or glasses. Grill worked great as did the waffle maker, coffee maker and toaster! The house is well maintained and very comfortable. The owner was extermeely responsive and accomodating. I had never been to Topsail island before. I would absolutely rent this home again! Top notch!

Great Location

The home fit our needs and allowed enough privacy between 3 different families with common spaces to come together. Appreciated the proximity to the beach. There a few things that were minor annoyances. The laundry wasn't working and a repair person couldn't come until 4 days into our stay. This coupled with only 2 dishtowels made doing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean a challenge. We would have appreciated a bit more toilet paper, paper towels, and regular towels in the home. Private access to the beach was a breeze and the location relative to the bridge made getting off island less painful than most.

More Surf City memories

We frequent Surf City & Topsail each year & this year we stayed at Jim's place as our normal house wasn't available: - The location is perfect for the downtown area of Surf City, either by bike/walking but it wasn't too close that you heard it. - The private beach access couldn't have been any better. - Communication with Jim was great! - Being a duplex home, it's always a crapshoot with who ends up beside you but the couple that lives beside this portion of the home are great. It was nice to meet them & nice knowing that someone local was there in case there were any questions about the area. - The top level was very warm when we got there BUT it was one of the hottest weeks on record and with people moving out, cleaning crews there before our arrival & then with us unpacking it made sense. The thermostats are touch and scroll so make sure you get those set to your liking upon arrival. We kept the shades down during the peak of the day as we were all at the beach. - The home overall is well appointed, clean & definitely worth consideration for your next visit to Surf City. - Shaka Tacos & Hot Diggity Dogs are fantastic. Most of our party could have eaten there every day. - Beach Shop and Grill has a new chef & it's the nicest restaurant on the entire island. They don't take reservations so go earlier for some family pictures before/after dinner. $$$$ but good. - 50 South rents bikes and delivers - set up before travel. Highly recommend Jim and this property!

Property was in a great location with excellent neighbors. There were a few minor issues in the house: A kitchen drawyer was broken an off the rails. The kitchen sink handle would come off when used. The pots and pans were in bad shape and likely need to be replace. The door to the deck from the living room was jammed. There were ants in the kitchen. Other than these issues it was a wonderful stay. Hopefully these issues can be fixed easily.

Property was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 easily. We brought our 2 Jack Russell puppies and they had a blast. We had one minor repair that was required and Jim, the host was super responsive and took care of it immediately. The beach access was convenient. Neighbors were really nice and helpful. Great vacation

Our family of adult children, grandkids and dogs had a great time at SEArenity Now. Jim was an excellent host. Responded quickly to the few questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were made when we arrived and all linens and towels were provided along with beach chairs and toys. The location was excellent. We could see the Surf City bridge from the kitchen window and the private beach access was directly across the street. Kitchen was well stocked and the frig had a working ice machine (a first for us in Surf city). We hope to be back soon!

Perfect house with so many unexpected extras

The house was perfect! It was everything I was expecting and more!!! We do a beach vacation every year, and this year we lucked out on the most perfect house! They had so many little things that made the trip so much easier than ever before! Extra beach towels, prestocked spices for cooking, pods for laundry and dishwasher and so much more! We had 1 question and messaged the owner and they were SOOO quick to respond! We will definitely be coming back again!!!

Overall experience was enjoyable. The location was great for proximity to the beach and shops. The host Jim, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The only negative was some minor cleanliness overlooks and needed routine maintenance.

Joyful fun Stay

It was the perfect house and location for our family gathering with our grown kids and grandchildren ages 8 mos-5 years. They had everything we needed from a great kitchen to games for the kids and adults and beach chairs, toys and body boards. Beach access was easy and right across the street. Owner was awesome to communicate with and answered all questions with kindness and promptly.

We have private beach access steps away from our home. We provide linens, beach amenities like beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Our home has games, books and puzzles for the family to enjoy during downtime as well as 5 smart TV's. I love that our family can all get together but not feel crowded!
