During your booking through the VRBO website, the exact location of the villa was indicated, at 856 Boulevard de l'Esterel, with a map provided. This location is highly sought after and appreciated. It is indeed necessary to have a car, this has never been hidden. We warmly welcomed you on the day of your arrival, despite your significant delay, which is unfortunate that you did not mention it! Regarding the linens, they are indeed offered for rent as indicated in the ad. Nothing is hidden, everything is detailed, but you did not read it. Nevertheless, as a commercial gesture, we purchased high-quality, 100% cotton branded linens for you, available upon your arrival, despite your remark on VRBO insinuating that it was a scam. We also bought additional placemats and tea towels as soon as you requested them. The ad does not indicate at any point that the pool is heated. Moreover, this pool is a highlight as it is one of the most beautiful, offering a breathtaking view as shown in the photos. The villa corresponds in every way to these photos. We have always received excellent feedback on this point. Unfortunately, the ad was recently renewed, and you are therefore the first visible comment, but I am confident that other guests will soon express their satisfaction. The rooms are all of equivalent size and the photos are perfectly contractual and representative. In reality, they are all the same size, except for a larger room by the pool. Regarding the fridge, we have photos from the check-in showing clearly that it is new, cleaned, and emptied. These photos are available on the WhatsApp group you used to ask us to come on the second evening because you lost the keys in Cannes. We responded within 30 minutes, despite the late hour. You will also find, if necessary, photos of the tableware in the check-in photos, particularly the coffee cups and bowls. Furthermore, we have always responded very quickly to assist and satisfy you, which you can verify again on the WhatsApp group if you have forgotten. As a reminder, all exchanges and photos from your stay are on the WhatsApp group and serve as proof. We note that despite our transparency, honesty, efforts, and the quality of the service, nothing seems to satisfy you.
