Remodeled home with new lifetime floors, fresh paint, new kitchen. This private home has a fenced-in back courtyard loaded with fruit trees and tropical vegetation! Inside, you'll find two comfortable memory/foam king-sized beds, each with full bathrooms and one jacuzzi tub & walk-in shower. An iron day has two twin-sized mattresses to accommodate extra guests. The secondary bathroom boasts a claw foot tub bath/shower combo. This St.Simon's home is located in a very desirable location within walking distance to Red Fern Village shopping, East Beach, and restaurants.

I loved This home

We enjoyed our stay. The place felt like home rather than just a vacation rental. Modern bathrooms, kitchen.The fruit trees. Great host. We were close to everything, beach, shops but tucked away where we could relax. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Winter Escape

Loved the open floorplan and spacious kitchen. Beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. Living room is comfortable. Perfect central location in residential neighborhood which was great for walking our dogs. We enjoyed the back garden and so did the dogs. Great communication with owner. We stayed 2 months in the winter and look forward to coming back next year.

Nice little house

Listing says 3BR but house was only 2BR. Beds were nice and comfortable. Tub in master bath did not hold water. The stopper did not stay down. Refrigerator kept food cool, but not cold. Good communication with owner and easy check in. Pet fee was higher than I have paid most other places and was not accurate on listing.
