**NEW TO VRBO** Beautiful, marsh view home that was recently remodeled with many luxury amenities. The home is fully furnished with all the things that will give you the comfort of home. Less than 2 miles from Mayo Clinic and just 4.5 miles from the beach. This home is perfect for a large family or several families traveling together!

We do allow pets, but please message us to get approval before booking your reservation. The pet fee is $75 for the first pet and $25 for each additional pet.

Short getaway

What a beautiful house! It was huge, clean and comfortable. We had such a great time hanging out and playing games at the large table.

So close to Mayo

We came in for a long weekend to be at the hospital for a surgery. The location is perfect if needing to be close to Mayo. The host were so kind and helped us with everything we needed. The house was very clean and lots of space. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful property!

Perfect place that felt off the beaten path and we thoroughly enjoyed the marsh views and being able to come back from sightseeing in the evenings and have a fabulous new kitchen to cook meals in. Beautifully renovated it feels just like a new home! Highly recommend and would definitely come back to stay next time in the area. There were 4 bedrooms and more than enough space for at least 8 people to comfortably stay there.

Awesome location for Mayo Clinic - So very nice.

For our needs going to Mayo it was perfect. The house was very clean and quiet. When you first walk in the door you know that you rented the right place. The owners went out of their way to make you comfortable and everything was so so pretty. It is in a great location for anything and everything Jacksonville Beach. If we could we would give it 10 stars. Absolutely no complaints. I hope we can stay again on the near future.

Christmas Vacation

The owner had a tree and stockings out. There was a bed and dog bowls for our fur baby. The house was laid out well for several adults to enjoy each other’s company. Yet, it had spaces to read, a hot tub to relax and a nice small private backyard. This home was an A+!!

Why they chose this property

We have lived in this neighborhood for 7 years as a married couple, but my husband grew up here. It is a lovely neighborhood with a lively outdoor atmosphere. If you go for a walk, you will see many families biking, walking, jogging, etc. On your walk you may encounter beautiful marsh and water views.
