The living space is really nice for a group of 4 people and despite the fact the elevator doesn't work, and we were on the 6th floor, I would recommend this space to somebody who is OK with a lot of stairs. The location is easily walkable to Luxembourg Gardens and the Odeon and there are a few Metro stops nearby.

Very disappointed with the apartment, good location and layout but unfortunately heating system and airconditioning not working. Extremely cold in main living and kitchen areas which made using these areas not viable. We believe the owners of this apartment knew this was the case also but still rented out apartment in the middle of winter with no heating in main living areas. We were confined to the bedrooms but still paid full price for our stay. We have requested a refund/compensation for the period of our stay. We contacted the host numerous times and had a small oil heater delivered which made little impact until the last night when 2 more were delivered. Too late, our stay had already been impacted. Extremely disappointed as this apartment is in a great location and building, owners need to take responsibility to ensure that everything is in working order before taking money for something that is not working.

This is a beautiful property and we loved the location and the layout of the apartment. It was great for our family of 4 where we could have kids down the hall in a quite space. There was also great storage space for clothes so you could make yourself at home. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The only down side for us was that we selected this apartment in part for the elevator as we were traveling with small children. When we arrived the elevator was out of order and did not work for our entire stay. So if you are selecting this unit for the elevator I would reach out first to confirm its working.

This VRBO location was great, however, the apartment lacked basic necessities. The apartment did not have any utensils to eat, came with 2 rolls of toilet paper with no additional and did not have hand soap in the bathrooms. The elevator was broken and the apartment is on the 6th floor, however, we managed. If the apartment had come with the things mentioned above, would have given it a rating of 5, however, in the summary it states a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, which was not the case and bathrooms were extremely limiting.

The apartment is located in a perfect place. We had a family of 5 adults and it fit us comfortably. A draw back - there is only one key. So if you wanted separate agendas it was harder to coordinate. It would have been nice to have more keys. The lift was nice to have with our luggage.

Nice apartment in a building near Saint Germain des Pres. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and area was very safe and pleasant to visit. We had some challenges with the management company who is in England, managing a property in Paris, when we live in the United States. Even though they are on the VRBO platform, dealing with 0200 am phone calls from them and spending a fortune in long distance to get everything set up was stressful. Bruno, who met us to deliver the keys, could not have been any nicer! He was the silver lining in a cloud of challenges. The apartment is exactly as pictured, comfortable, and was a perfect "home" for our 3 day stay in Paris.

I cannot say enough great things about this location. I recently stayed here for a week with my family (kids age 7 and 1.5 years old). I was familiar with the area and knew the park would make things easy for the kids and I am so glad I chose an apartment over a hotel this time! Having multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, a functioning kitchen, washer and dryer and and elevator (unheard of!!) was such a game changer. The location too was just perfect…. Across the street from the park, a literal 5 min walk to a plethora of great restaurants and shops, a few restaurants steps away, and a wine shop, corner store and pharmacy literally around the corner…. What more could you possibly ask for??? Check in was so easy- communication via WhatsApp, and even more importantly the ability to check in early since we were coming off a 9 hour red eye flight from Miami with two young kids… 5 stars all around!!! Would 100% stay here again!!!

We loved the location and the proximity to Luxembourg garden. The check in process was excellent and early check in was possible. Issues of the property are that the advertised elevator broke down on our 2nd day and was never fixed. We did let property management know but they were not able to give an answer as to when it would be fixed. Needless to say we had to carry 6 bags from the 7th floor down. Quite a workout! Also the apartment did not have any silverware. Highly recommend provding and perhaps a French press or more than 2 coffee pods. The cafe on the corner opened at 6:30 AM so we enjoyed Cafe AuLsits and croissants right out of the oven.

Regarding the elevator, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this type of issue is managed by the building, and we don’t always have control over the repair timeline.
As for the silverware, please don’t hesitate to let us know during your stay, had anything been missing, we would have been happy to bring it to you.
We provide two coffee pods as a welcome amenity, but any additional ones are up to the guest to purchase, as indicated.
We’re very pleased that the apartment’s location allowed you to fully enjoy Paris, and we hope to welcome you again in the future!
The overall 4 star rating was due to two areas of disappointment: 1). The description of the apartment was overstated as it was spartan in appearance and was rather cheaply furnished in the living area. It wouldn't take much to add a little color and to provide a coffee table that doesn't wobble! There were no comfort or asthethetic extras most renters desire. Bring your own coffee mugs because there were only 2 cups large enough for coffee. 2). There was absolutely no paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex and only two rolls of toilet paper for a rental of 4 people for 10 days. We had to beg for a extra towels and the two coffee pods they gave us made us laugh. We spent quite a bit at the store just to provide the basics needed to live for 10 days. We couldn't use the dishwasher because we didn't want to buy a bag of dishwasher soap/pods since we would only use it a few days. None of those type of supplies were available, and we were told it was our responsibility to buy all supplies. However, it was a safe place, and again, the location was wonderful. It didn't exude a warm and friendly experience, but we made it cozy enough with laughter and wine!Had the basics been provided, i.e.coffee pods for at least two days, soap, paper products and trash bags, it would have been a 5 star rating.

Communications Problems
There were major communications issues. The person who showed us the apartment had not been there before, was in a rush to go to another location, and did not fully apprise us of important details - most importantly, the fact that there was a cutlery and utility drawer in an non-obvious place in the kitchen which we did not discover for several days, after a cleaning person arrived at the apartment and showed us its location.
Also, after the initial interim cleaning which we had paid for, cleaning persons arrived unannounced on four other occasions for reasons which are still not known to us. Twice the apartment was cleaned in our absence and twice we turned away the cleaners because we were home and did not feel we needed another cleaning at an inconvenient time. None of the cleaning persons spoke either English or French, which made communications virtually impossible. Even after our departure today, we still do not understand why cleaning personal showed up so frequently without any advance notice from the host company.
Finally, the washer/ dryer, use of which was very important to us, was initially not functioning properly, and it took three days for the situation to be rectified. While this may not have been entirely the fault of the host company, we were not notified when repairmen did not appear as scheduled, and we had to follow up on our own to ascertain the revised schedule. This was not an example of satisfactory customer service.
