Disappointed with expectation in description and cleanliness

Service fee is expected up front for our security however our number was given out to a realtor to contact us to show during our stay, Mgmt company did not contact us to ask if it was ok to give our number out. Cleanliness was a concern also - Main bedroom drawers had to be cleaned before being used, bed skirt and comforter in main bedroom had blood marks (not stains) pillow sham was stained. 2nd bedroom comforters were stained. Soap from previous guest was left in shower and sink area. Had to remove their bathroom items and put under sink because they did not appear to be clean. Cute two bedroom place but property management did not represent the owners very well.
