House was a perfect location not too far from Gettysburg but also in a quite small town. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. House has all the basic necesseties. Happy they allowed our pup. Would stay there again.
Me and my friends stayed for the weekend to celebrate our friend getting married. This was an adorable place. There is a lot to do around the area, one of our event got rained out and we needed to find something else to do and it was not a problem at all.
This property was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway - just enough room for the three of us & our dog - very short drive to everything we wanted to see, the home was clean and communication was smooth...highly recommend!
The property is well kept, clean and nicely decorated. It has all modern amenities but still maintains vibes of a cozy grandmother’s house. It is convenient to Gettysburg. The driveway is off of old route 30 and was a challenge to back out into. The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out seamless.
My Father and I stayed here while we were visiting the the Gettysburg battlefield. The place was great with plenty of room for us. It was close to the battlefield and other things to do.
Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location! Far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle, but close enough (10 min) to take multiple trips into Gettysburg throughout each day. Love being able to drive past so much history on our way in! Owners were wonderful about allowing us to have our pets! Only surprise was no access to washer and dryer and no grill. I should have paid attention to the listing better! Didn't put a dent in our trip though! Home was extremely clean and very welcoming! We loved sitting on the porch in the cool mornings, and it was perfectly air-conditioned to escape the heat of the day. Absolutely perfect for our needs!
We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Even thought it was on Old Rt 30, it was still very quiet and our dogs were able to feel safe and secure.
Close to everything we wanted to see, downtown gettysburg, the battlefield, & adams county winery.
Great location for historical sites. Nice, quaint home. Just what we needed. We had a small problem with Wifi and streaming TV but that was minor. I would stay here again.
