Telgruc-sur-Mer is renowned for its hilly landscape and contrasting coastline. Trez Bellec beach, with its fine sand, is protected from currents and offers mild bathing water. The Luzéoc windmill overlooking Trez Bellec beach offers a magnificent panorama of the Bay of Douarnenez. The beach at Trez Bihan is a rugged paradise that is more difficult to access. The nautical centre offers catamaran, kayak, sailing and surfing courses. Every Tuesday and Friday, a market featuring local products is held in the church square in the town centre.

**Important information regarding access to the property**

Following a landslide in March, the entrance to the driveway was partially affected. Access by car is still possible; however, the entrance is now narrower than before. Please refer to the last photo in the gallery to see the current situation and ensure that it is suitable for your vehicle.
