Pretty gite completely renovated in 2022, located on the first floor of the owner's house. Access from the side of the house (exterior and interior staircase). Equipped kitchen (milling fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), small shower room with WC. Electric heating, air conditioning in the day room, Internet connection by WIFI, sheets provided/beds made, towels and household linen provided. Electricity consumption in addition (meter reading). Cot and high chair on request. Shared courtyard and garden, garden furniture, shared barbecue and plancha. Cottage that can accommodate 4 people. Ideal for family or curists. Cambo-les-Bains and Ustaritz 5 km away. - Water, within reasonable consumption limits - Bed linens, towels, and table linens
