One-Level Waterfront with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and 1,680 sq. ft. of finished living area. There is room for two vehicles to park off-street in the driveway. On-street overnight parking between 3am-6am is available by town parking permit only. If you have a need to park more than two vehicles, please send us a message to discuss this process before booking. This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off of Coastal Highway, a close walk to the beach. North-facing air-conditioned/heated sunroom that opens up to an outdoor deck and lawn rear yard area with canal frontage and natural shade under the tree canopy, with a hammock. This home has imported Italian marble floors and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. All three bedrooms, living room, and sunroom are equipped with TVs that are either SmartTVs or RokuTVs, which will support your streaming subscriptions during your stay. Also, the "Roku Channel" and "Crackle" offer many free TV shows and movies. You will also find board games underneath the living room TV. The master ensuite bedroom has a king-size bed, along with a new custom tile shower in the master bath. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, and bedroom 3 has a corner bunk system with a Queen-size bed on the bottom and two Twin-XL top bunks that are perpendicular to each other, along with a Twin-size pull-out trundle underneath the Queen. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The home has central air-conditioning and a heat pump. Laundry units are on-site and the home offers a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and other normally expected appliances. Two full-size front-load washer/dryer units are located in the kitchen area, with laundry supplies above the microwave oven. The home has complimentary WiFi broadband internet service. A complimentary initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided, along with hand pump soap in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Shower/bath toiletries are not provided. There is a cocktail arcade table in the Sunroom, with over 400 classic video games, such as Ms. Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Galaga, etc. This home also offers watercraft docking ability for an additional charge, depending on the size and type of watercraft. Any watercraft longer than 26ft would be too long to navigate the canal, in our opinion.

The home will comfortably sleep 10 guests, however, please be aware that this is classified as a "residential rental district - R1", which requires that no more than 4 unrelated guests can occupy the property. This means that friend groups of more than 4 unrelated people are not allowed in this district. This primarily applies to single friend groups, as 4 married couples would be 8 people in total but only 4 unrelated since each couple is legally related to each other. It would also be the same if you had 2 families staying together, so really this town rule applies mainly to more than 4 single people, i.e. friend groups. If this is violated, and a neighbor complaint is made to Ocean City Police Dept, you will forfeit the remainder of your stay without a refund. There will be no exceptions to this ordinance in the event of a violation.
