Homeaway vacation!

Great stay at Homeaway. Although our preferred location is on the no drive beach we loved our stay and the hustle and bustle of being one block off Flagler Ave.

Repeat Stay

Just like I remember it. Beautiful place, great location, awesome host. Sharon provides everything you would need for in the house and on the beach. If there is any issue at all, she is a call away and always responds promptly. Had several guests rotating in during my 5 week stay, they all loved the house and the close proximity to the beach and town. The house offers plenty of space for guests to have quiet spaces. Comfortable, quiet outdoor spaces as well. I loved my 2nd stay in New Smyrna Beach. Highly recommend.

The very friendly host equipped the house with everything needed for a beach vacation including a fully outfitted kitchen. The outdoor space is comfortable and the location so close to the beach and Flagler Avenue is ideal. We loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A Haven for Beach Lovers

Our family had such an amazing stay. This property has everything for a month stay. 1. Fully stocked. 2. Great communication with the host. 3. Location is amazing. It’s near the beach and it’s walking distance to restaurants and shops. 4. House accommodates a large family. 5. A welcome gift was a nice gesture from our host. We hope to return and stay at this property in the near future.

My husband and I have lived in Central Florida since the mid 70's. We grew up coming to New Smyrna as kids and absolutely love the area. We enjoy biking, paddle boarding, boating, fishing and literally walking 200 yards to the beach. The location of our house to Esther Park, Flagler Avenue and the ocean is perfect for all ages.

Why they chose this property

This home has been completely renovated with a metal roof, fresh paint, top of the line appliances, fixtures, new a/c unit, plantation shutters and modern furniture. It has a split floorplan and is large enough for 2 families to be very comfortable. The large patio has a table for 6 and an additional gazebo for 5 (including a couch, table and 2 swivel chairs).
