Totally remodeled with a new upscale kitchen and baths, updated flooring, lovely, upgraded fixtures and plantation shutters. Relax on the screened porch overlooking the generously sized fenced, private back yard while grilling out after a hard day on the beach. The kitchen features new updated cabinets, new Quartz counters and stainless appliances. You will love the abundance of natural light as well as the ample seating at the breakfast bar plus a separate table with chairs. Walk to historic Flagler Ave., The Garlic Restaurant, many other shops, and eateries as well as the park featuring Pickleball, tennis , playground, and basketball. Beautifully decorated and furnished with newer furniture to give that classy yet beachy vibe. The bedrooms are upstairs with the main bath and a half bath downstairs. A king bed is in the master and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom that can also be turned into a king bed or owner will upgrade twins to 2 full beds at tenant’s request.About the island...New Smyrna Beach, Florida is located on the East Central Coast of Florida. A cozy beach side town with 13 miles of white sandy beach, which has a drive and no drive section of the beach. a beautiful, natural environment.

Great Location

We brought our own E-bikes, used to get to the beach and restaurants even though they were in walking distance. Had fun going back and forth to Flagler Ave restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend. Duplex was adorable.

Very Nice Duplex Unit!

This property was perfect for our stay! We needed to be able to work during the day and my husband and I had plenty of room to do so. Very close to the beach and nicely remodeled.

Beautiful beach house with everything you need

Look no further. This beach house is absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. I have stayed at several VRBO locations and this is by far the best. We were steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping and a local park that had pickleball. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and very helpful with booking. We had a chance to meet the owners and they left us a welcome basket which was very sweet. Can’t wait to visit again.
