Attractive, comfortable chalet on 2 levels, approx. 145 m², located above Haute-Nendaz in the Clèves district with fantastic views of the valley and mountains, sleeps 6.

Distribution:

Main floor: living/dining room with comfortable sitting area, Swedish oven and TV. Fully equipped open kitchen. Open gallery (mezzanine) offering extra space for reading or playing, equipped with a double bed and 2 reclining chairs. 1 bathroom with shower and WC/sink. Access to southwest-facing terrace.

Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. 1 bathroom with shower and WC/washbasin. 1 room with washing machine and dryer, plus ski and boot storage.

2 private parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The chalet is located above the resort of Haute-Nendaz in a quiet area of Les Clèves, approx. 100 m from the ski slopes (direct access with skis) and 1.5 km from the center; beautiful views of the Rhone Valley and the Alps. Snow chains may be necessary in winter. Summer: Bisse vieux at 80 m.
