Top floor end unit with large wrap around private balcony, giving views of the ocean and bay! ELEVATOR ACCESS (54th street Bayside, half block from the beach). This 2 bedroom/2 bath is nicely furnished and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Unit includes 1 King (Master), two full beds and one sleeper sofa (queen). The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, central A/C, cable and WiFi. The unit comes stocked with sufficient toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, miniature golf, shops and nightlife. Rental includes use of facility pool/Hot tub, fitness center and two reserved parking spots. Come enjoy mid-town OCMD, where you can enjoy the best OCMD has to offer with significantly less crowded beaches.

-Check out time is 11am, cleaner will be there at checkout time.
-Please be sure to remove all belongings, toiletries and trash from the unit prior to check out.
-Clean and put away all dishes
-Sign out of any app accounts (Netflix/Prime, etc)
-Return both yellow parking passes to the blue check-in binder (missing passes will incur a $50 (HOA replacement fee)
