"A Wave'n Grace" Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo w/Panoramic Balcony Views

Once you step inside our foyer, you'll never want to leave. Our lovely two bedroom, two bath, 14th floor oceanfront condo with amazing oceanfront views, comfort, and a home-away-from-home atmosphere has recently undergone renovations and is ready for you and your family to enjoy.
In addition to a private access to our fabulous direct oceanfront wrap-around balcony with panoramic views, our master bedroom affords a king bed with a new hybrid mattress and a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom features double sinks, and a beautiful new walk-in shower.
The living room provides room for your party to gather, plan your daily activities, or wind down from a full day while watching a movie or playing a game together. The wrap-around balcony can also be accessed from the living room.
Our dining room and kitchen are located beside the living room and provide full kitchen amenities for preparing everything from your morning coffee to a tasteful meal, quick snacks, and keeping the beverages chilled!
We have a guest bedroom with two queen beds, and the guest bathroom has an updated tub/shower combo to ensure you can rinse off the ocean salt before beginning your next fun-filled adventure!
Our condo provides a full-size washer and dryer; and the bed, bath, and kitchen linens as well as bath toiletries, toilet tissue, blow dryers in both bathrooms, dishwasher packets and dishwashing detergent, washer detergent, dryer sheets, and coffee and creamer are provided for your convenience.
Guests are welcome to use the seasonal pool and hot tub at Brighton Tower; however, the Kingston Plantation Resort fitness center and other facilities and the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools are not accessible to private vacation rental guests. Kingston Plantation also offers a 24-hour security gate.
The Plantation itself is conveniently located near fabulous shopping venues such as Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing. It is also 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping and a half a mile of white, sandy beach. Pier fishing is steps away at the Apache Pier.
Enjoy your first cup of morning coffee as you listen to the waves crash and watch the early morning shell seekers. All you need to do is book your reservation, and this peaceful retreat awaits you.

June vacation

We so enjoyed our stay at Brighton ! The location was perfect, the grounds were beautiful with flowers in bloom everywhere. My husband uses a walker or scooter so I wanted a large balcony that we could sit out to enjoy the sights of sun coming up over waters and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. It was perfect!!! The condo was very well furnished and comfortable!! I hope to return . Thank you !!!

Excellent condo

This condo provides an excellent location in Kingston Plantation. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. It was as pictured and we enjoyed our time there. The unit is oceanfront with excellent views and very convenient to the beach. There is ample parking and the area felt very secure as this is a gated community. Convenient to anything Myrtle Beach has to offer. The host, Leslie, is also top notch and super responsive. We had a few minor hiccups during our stay and she made sure we were taken care of. We appreciated that and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Condo was over all nice, a little over kill on the decor (fake plants galore) Really enjoyed the view and the foxes on the beach. Felt like I was washing towels everyday just to have wash clothes for showers. Furniture was a little dated, but very comfortable, so I kinda get why you've kept it. But you have an amazing view and we enjoyed every second we spent on that balcony. Thank you for sharing.

Great location and view

We came to Myrtle Beach for dance nationals. We have a 15 year old son and a 12 year old daughter. They both loved the condo. They had their own comfy bed, a perfect view of the beach and a short walk to the beach. The condo was fully furnished and the master bed was comfortable as well. Brighton tower is away from the business of Myrtle Beach but close enough to enjoy all the tourist spots. Wal Mart and Kroger are close to get all of the groceries you need for snacks and to prepare meals if you wish. We never do laundry on vacation, but having the full size washer and dryer made it so we could! The neighbors across the hall are the sweetest! We highly recommend Lisa’s place.

Great place to stay after a deep clean

Much more beautiful in person than the pictures online. Beautiful views, plenty of space to spread out. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with amazing sunrises and a great breeze. Plenty of seating and dining area on the patio to enjoy the sunsets. Both bedrooms were equipped with space to put our clothes away and walk in closets. The kitchen could use a update on a coffee machine. No matter what button pushed. It would only fill a cup half way and it was noisy. However, I was happy to have some coffee rather than none at all. There are some furniture pieces that needed a good dusting. We had issues the first night with the TV not working but someone came to fix it the next day; it is definitely an outdated TV. Every time I laid my clothes out they would get hair on them. It took me a time or two to figure out that the bed spread had animals hair all over it which made me uncomfortable to think about the linen not being cleaned. This made me look more closely and I found hair in the chair and in the corners; all in the master bedroom. If they are going to allow pets then they should do a deep clean after. There was a slow drain in the master bathroom. Overall, I would stay again because of the beautiful views, spacious home, quick responses and resolutions but highly recommend updated furniture, coffee maker, and televisions and a good spring cleaning. I give 3 stars for cleanliness.

Beautiful View

Stayed for long weekend to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday with a few of her friends. View was fantastic! Beach just out back and around pool. Nice family pool. All the extras provided in house was nice touch - dish/hand laundry soap, coffee and sugar/cream. Toilet paper, paper towels and napkins. Very comfortable home away from home!
