Clean nice house. Perfect for our needs. We had our daughters wedding at sportsman’s paradise “whites ranch” it was very close & perfect for us. Would definitely recommend!
This was the perfect home to house my family for our Cache Valley getaway!
We were looking for a place that was close to Logan but away from the hustle and bustle and it delivered.
The hosts were very communicative and helped with anything we needed.
We would definitely stay here again!
The property was nicer in person, the hosts were very accommodating and it was seem less. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. We hope to make another trip out soon.
The Canyon Home was really wonderful! I was worried about the location a little (being a little ways out of Logan), but it didn't really cause any problems for us. The house is so large and open. It was perfect for spending some much needed down time together. Allison was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to any question I had. I would recommend this home for a stay in the area.
Wonderful location with the best Hosts. Will return again next year. It’s a great value with all of the trimmings. And the beautiful surroundings……….Breathtaking views. See for yourselves!
We really enjoyed hanging out with a few friends in this beautiful home with stunning views. Everything was very clean and organized…even labeled! We had a technical issue that the hosts helped resolve to the best of their ability.
We had a great time using this property to host a family get together to celebrate my mother's birthday. The house was clean and stayed warm throughout our visit. We got snow one of the days and the property manager came by to shovel the driveway. The house was laid out well and large enough to accommodate multiple families building their gingerbread houses at the same time in the kitchen and dining room. We would stay here again if we have the need/opportunity.
Our hosts were awesome. They checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. They left us a small breakfast basket with fresh eggs from their chickens, pancakes, sausages, and coffee, which was very sweet. They also left a congrats card and free cookies to a local cookie place for our USU grad. The house was immaculate. They had extra towels, small play kitchen and toys for one of our little ones. Even a trampoline outside. They have everything you may need, which was great because all we needed was to purchase groceries. I highly recommend their home to stay if you’re planning a trip for a graduation at USU.
Stayed here for a couple of nights for my wife’s birthday weekend.
The house is nice, smells good and the welcome basket was the best I’ve ever seen. Furniture is comfy and it was pretty clean. The master bed is a firm memory foam bed, we prefer soft plush beds, but it was okay.
Only thing we didn’t like was the thermostat. It is a smart thermostat that is locked down on a schedule and you really can’t control it. We’d wake up to the house at 64 degrees and even after turning it up, it would reset to a lower temp shortly after adjusting it. Thank heavens the fireplace worked, it was the only consistent thing that really heated up the lower level of the house. Overall it was a good place to stay and we appreciated the hospitality.
We had a wonderful stay at the Canyon home. Lovely home with an amazing open floor plan in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home feels much bigger because of the openness! Large backyard for kids to play in. Would definitely recommend this home and would book again in a heartbeat. The hosts are also very accommodating, and helpful.
10 of my stitching friends stayed at the house when we came up to a retreat in Nibley. It was perfect for us!!! Very very clean!!! Great space! Nice location. Close to everything in amazingly beautiful Cache county!!
We had 8 adult family members and two teenagers staying in the home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the kitchen is a dream for those that love to cook. Loved the couches both upstairs and downstairs. I thought at first that it might be too far from Logan but it is a very direct and easy drive and did not seem far at all. Close to walmart and south Logan shopping areas.
The canyon winds do blow nightly, but I loved the cool air. The hosts were very organized and very responsive to any needs or questions. The extra half bath was also very very useful with 10 people moving about the house. The master bedroom and shower felt like a retreat all on its own. There were plenty of extra blow up beds for extra people and space to lay the beds as well as extra bedding and towels.
There was also an extra office space which was nice for an extra room to work or sleep.
Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home! Sarah
We rented this because our son was getting married. I’m a florist and was doing the flowers . The house advertised that it had A/C. . Well not a very good one in my opinion. We had to open and close windows our whole stay to cool off the house at night. The A/C was the main reason I rented the house for the flowers to stay cool . Nope not in this case . The house didn’t get over 75 our whole stay. The morning we left it did reach 73-72 .
The fire pit outside was out of order .
It’s a beautiful home , very clean , just wish the A/C would have worked better for the type of house it advertised.
We had a basketball court, 2 Pickleball courts, a splash pad and 2 playgrounds within walking distance. Hyrum reservoir is about 5 minutes away. Lots of wind at night
