Available for your vacation stay is a beautiful ground floor recently renovated condo located within biking distance from the beach. The unit is perfect for families, couples, or those who are working from home. Available for guests is a brand new fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and brand new appliances to help make your stay feel more at home. The bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bed room were all renovated in 2024.
The unit is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom, that sleeps 4 people with a sofa bed.
Two TVs with Sling (50+ Channels at no cost to you) for your viewing pleasure! The complex does not have a pool.
Sanibel Island offers rest and relaxation for those trying to seek it. Growing up in Sanibel Island, I loved admiring the wild life, from seeing Manatees, Dolphins, armadillos, pelicans, tortoises, and other animals, I truly appreciated that Sanibel has maintained its "Small feel" island life. Throughout the island there are many attractions including J.N. Ding Darling - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Park, Sanibel Pier, Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, and much more. The sunsets in Sanibel are among the top 10 in the country and the best for seashells.

Why they chose this property
When I was younger, my family and I would always spend our summers in Miami. As Miami got crowded, we wanted to find a place that was more relaxing, without the crazy driving. One day we stumbled upon Sanibel Island on a day visit, where we heard about their remarkable beaches, sunsets, bike paths and sea shelling. After that day we began to spend our summers in Sanibel instead of Miami. Having spent a lot of time in Sanibel Island, I can say that the island offers a unique experience that is unmatched to other destinations. I hope your time in Sanibel is as positive as mine.
