We enjoyed a quick pre-Christmas get away for skiing. The place is very clean, lots of sleeping space and hanging out space, well stocked kitchen, and fun family-friendly games. We would definitely stay again!
We spent four days in the Granby/Winter Park area. The condo was the perfect base for our family- great location, clean, comfy and fully stocked with all we needed. Highly recommend!
We loved staying in this condo. The condo has everything we could have wanted and needed. The location was great and allowed us to explore a lot of Colorado. Would love to stay here again!

So glad you e joyed your stay. You were terrific guests and we would be happy to host you again anytime.
Possibly the best appointed and organized property we have ever rented. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book again if we come back to the Granby area.
My family and I stayed at Michael’s condo to get ready for my elopement at Monarch Lake. The property is very clean and the large couch was a perfect place to all hang out the night before the elopement.
We loved our stay at this beautiful property! There was plenty of room for our three teenagers to spread out, a large eating area and living room for friends to gather, and a beautiful deck! One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at--thank you!!

So happy you enjoyed your stay so much. We would be more than happy to host you and your group again in the future.
Stayed 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Loved sitting on the deck with drinks-nice and cool. Living room sectional was great! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! Easy check out with minimal work required by us! Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed staying at Granby Ranch. The condo was very comfortable. There is no a/c so open the windows are soon as you arrive if you are staying in the summer. Also, you have to pay to go swimming which was a bummer but clearly stated. Would stay again.
Michael was great to work with and promptly responded to each question. Kitchen is well stocked, beds and pillows were comfy. There was ice in the freezer, plenty of paper towels and a few sandwich bags for storage. There was coffee and filters and also a keurig. The coffee ran out so we purchased more at the grocery store about 1/2 mile away. Located 20 minutes from Winter Park resort and 30 minutes from west entrance of Rocky Mountain Park. There was shampoo and conditioner. This is a great place to stay.
Beautiful location for a fun summer long weekend. Stayed with my family of 5 (two adults, three kids) and our pup (seven year old, medium size dog). Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There's not a dog park within walking distance but the condominium complex has paths with doggie poop bags conveniently located in several locations. The condo complex across the street has a heated pool and 4 hot tubs, as well as a dry sauna (which you'll need to turn on because it sits at 90ish degrees otherwise), and a gym. It's 5/kid and 10/adult (cash only!). The facility is very dated but it's economical and convenient. Granby Ranch is up the road further but the pool was down for maintenance during our stay. Amenities there looked modern and clean (I think the cost is 15/person). The condo is right near a gas station and grocery store which was helpful for us. Washer and dryer are apartment sized but worked like a champ (so great to keep up with the family's laundry!). Overall it was a good experience.
This is a great property. Very clean, cute complex. Parking was plentiful. No boat or trailer parking. Amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, all the dishes we needed to eat meals. Only downfall was there is no A/C in this unit. It was in the description I just missed it somehow. It was very hot and unfortunately even with the windows open didn't cool down (around 75 degrees at night in the unit). Otherwise great!

Erin, we are truly sorry there was not enough parking for trailers. During the busy times of the summer the parking lot does fill up. Also, we are sorry that you could not get the unit to cool down. Typically with windows open and all the window and ceiling fans in the unit we can get it to cool down significantly at night. Unfortunately central air does not exist in the building and window units are not allowed by the HOA. Thank you for staying with us for the night.
The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Our biggest frustration is that we specifically wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and in the advertisement it stated that there was a pool. Only AFTER booking did we learn we had to pay to use the pool each day. In addition, we had to pay for an adult to be with my 16 year old daughter who could drive herself to the pool! So, even though only 2 people were using pool, we had to pay for 3 people each time. This was very frustrating to us. This needs to be clear BEFORE someone rents the condo.

Trish,
We apologize for the inconvenience of having to pay the fee at the pool. We do wish that they allowed us to provide a few guests pool passes but they do not allow it.
We do work hard to be clear on this in our property description which states: Granby Ranch HoA has set fees for guest use of the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Pool fees are $10/per person per day. Kids 8 and under are free.
We would not want any guest to be surprised by the HOA policy.
Thank you for staying at our mountain home.
Mike
This was the perfect spot for our family! We stayed two nights as part of our road trip this summer. The unit was perfect. The extras included like soap, coffee and laundry detergent were so appreciated!
The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to the slope. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not useable. It was not full, dirty, and smelled.

Jane thank you for your review. I will be reaching out to the condo associations management company to address the hot tub issue. I have chlorine in the unit for that purpose. I hit the hot tub when I get there on Fridays this time of year. Unfortunately there are some guests who do not shower before entering and spills drinks In the hot tub and splash water out. Again I apologize this was your experience.
This place was so great. Great location, close to the grocery store for any odds and ends you may have forgotten. Although it wasn't ski season the ski trails were just up the mountain a short drive from what I could tell. The place had everything you needed plus some extra amenities for cooking which is always so helpful (oils, spices, salt, pepper, oil spray for the pans). Also had a baby seat that strapped to the chair some books, a sound machine, board games and a pack n play with bedding. It was clean, easy to access, each room had a humidifier as a bonus if you need that as well! Such a great place to stay! nothing but positive things to say about this place. Would recommend and stay again!
We have been coming to Granby each August for 3 years to visit friends. This 3br condo was the best we have rented. Super clean and fresh. Since it is on the 2nd floor we were comfortable all day long with the windows open. I have gotten hot in prior years but the location of this condo allows the temp to stay cool during the warm afternoons. Great communication with Michael as well. Thank you for a great stay!!
