The house was a perfect home base for us. We hiked Zion, Bryce and Snow Canyon. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room for our group of ladies.

Great house close to everything

This was a perfect house for our group of mountain bikers. It’s close to tons of trails and we could keep our bikes in the garage.

Place was clean! They had everything to cook a dinner with. Crockpot..air fryer..lots of plates and bowls..the master bedroom light flickers and needs some love.two washers and dryers..ping pong table in garage.. there was a whole mother in law basement. Place was above and beyond what we needed. I would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay there!

Midway between Zion and St George

Great house for our biking hiking group to enjoy, halfway between St George and Snow Canyon and Zion National Park! Comfortable beds and lots of hot water, the appliances all worked well. It was nice to have the laundry too. Well equipped for 10 people! Thanks Carianne!

It was an uncomfortable stay. Broken closet doors, sagging mattress, squeaking beds. In addition, motion sensors don't allow you to relax anywhere in the house. Example- Master bed bathroom -there's motion sensor which is located outside the bathroom. Once you step in, you have limited time to use toilet, take shower etc. before the lights turn off. Try this at night! Go to bed, the motion sensor will keep turning off the fan. A less than budget stay experience

We wanted to love this place. We chose it for the outdoor area mostly. This was my husband's annual military buddies trip. They were looking forward to the outdoor grill and firepit and sitting outside and talking and catching up. None of that happen. The place was completely run down. The photos online were amazing. In reality every outdoor chair was broken, the barbecue grill didn't work and was disgustingly filthy Also, it was shoved in a corner in the garage, not outside like in the photo beautiful and clean. The firepit had years of growth and debris in it. The manager came by 1 day in and dropped off a garage door opener and we started to ask him questions. A big one was the front door would not lock, he said he doesn't know "nothing about that and left" zero help. We had to close it from the inside and leave out the back everyday to bolt it shut. Why have a manager come by that is zero help with problems? Such a disappointment. Please update your photos., this is not right to do do people. Would not recommend this property until all of the maintenance issues have been addressed. Inside and outside need work..especially the outside. Also almost all windowblinds were broken and need to be replaced. Would never had booked this property if we knew how run down it was. It ruined the whole reason why we chose the property for the bbq and firepit and chairs. The outdoor living was non existent and ruined our experience.

Perfect base for Zion

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The 20 min drive to Zion was not an issue for us as we are early risers. Loved the outdoor space, the games available and the mini apartment in the basement. Close to the supermarket too!
